Brought my mother here for an extraction, and implant and I must say they are the most competent, patient, efficient office I have seen in a long time. The appointments are full of information but fast! Lots of windows for claustrophobic people;) Will always come here because Dr. Elder was great! He talks to her louder because she cannot hear, doesn’t mind explaining and knows his stuff!! Thanks for all your expertise!

I am so glad that my dentist referred me to Dr. Elder here at Vallejo Oral Surgery. I've just finished the whole process of having an implant site prepared and the whole process was painless (haha).Well, ok, not ENTIRELY painless but the customer service is exemplary and the surgeries were excellently done. Appropriate sedation and pain medications were prescribed and/or provided at the appropriate times and it all went extremely well.Highly recommend!!

In search of a surgeon who was in network with multiple insurance providers, we were referred to Dr. Elder’s office. During the initial telephone conversation, the receptionist was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.Upon arriving at our appointment, the waiting room and clinics are clean and welcoming. Staff members are all professional, friendly, and proficient. I am very comfortable knowing my daughter is in good hands in this office.

Initially, I was initially taken aback by the cost; however, after undergoing anesthesia for the extractions of two teeth and experiencing how efficient and seamless the process was, I understand why he operates in this manner. It significantly reduces any inconvenience for the customer and eliminates the need for me to ramble due to nervousness, which I tend to do.To be honest, I typically do not have a favorable opinion of dentists because I often feel taken advantage of when it comes to pricing. However, this particular dentist even offered me a discount for paying in cash. This was the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I have mentioned it numerous times at other dental offices as it implies less paperwork for them.The staff was absolutely amazing. They were extremely kind and genuinely concerned about my well-being. I needed some fresh air and disliked waiting indoors, so they arranged for one of their team members to accompany me outside. They constantly checked on me to the point where I almost lost my patience (my mistake, not theirs). I am not accustomed to people caring so much, so I tend to become suspicious. However, even after I had completed the procedure and paid, they continued to monitor me for almost an hour until my friend arrived to pick me up.I do wish I had the opportunity to converse more with Dr. Elder; he appeared to be a nice individual. Nevertheless, he was an absolute professional who efficiently completed the procedure in just five minutes. I woke up and everything was finished; it felt like only ten minutes had passed. I understand why he avoids engaging in small talk, given his expertise.All in all, as someone who typically dreads dental visits, I must say that this place is truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly cool, and of course, the dental work itself was outstanding.

I enjoyed my consultation here at Vallejo Oral Surgery & Implantation. The office was very clean, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff upon my arrival. Doctor Elder and his team really know what they’re doing, and I even enjoyed some of the new technologies available at the office. Standing x-rays are the coolest! I had 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday , I suffer from anxiety & this office did an Amazing job at making sure I was comfortable. From the Dr. To the front staff everyone was so pleasant , patient & caring .Thanks.K. Attaway

So far my experience has been good. Just went in for a consultation. It was fast and easy just needed to watch a video after taking some X-rays. I’m glad they are using the one where it just does a 360 around your head. The other hurts my gums when having to bite. Only did a 4 because I didn’t know who I was meeting with after scheduling the appointment and having to redo forms sent via text that are submitted online. Overall it’s been good though.

This morning I had an appointment with Dr, Elder to have 3 teeth extracted , the procedure went off without a hitch and I could not be happier with the professional care I received from Dr. Elder and everyone I had contact with. I highly recommend Dr. Elder if you need Oral Surgery,When I checked in at the front desk this morning and expressed my fear/anxiety over the surgery, the woman at the front desk immediately put my mind at ease. In addition when I requested substituting a tooth for extraction today, that was schedule for a future date, she looked into my request and I was able to make a sustitution. I really appreciated her going the extra mile, her empathetic demeanor and professionalism.Dr Elders assistant in the operating room,, or, was also a very kind person who also put my mind at ease and we had a nice chat while we waited for Dr. Elder to join us.When Dr. Elder entered the room I felt relaxed at thea point, He asked if I was nervous and I admitted I was. His tone and demeanor helped me to relax even more. Dr. Elder himself set up my IV and did so virtually painlessly, I had a couple of quick questions for him which he answered.The next thing I knew, I was awake and the extractions were done. I have no recollection of going to sleep or any of the actual surgery. It was like being in a time machine with no sense of the passage of time.I still have another tooth that needs to be extracted and will be seeing Dr Elder and his staff in the not too distant future. I am looking forward to my next appointment and I know I will be in good hands.It is refreshing in this busy world we live in to find a practice like this where everyone treats you with respect, kindness and empathy. In addition Dr. Elder is a great oral surgeon.

The best oral surgeon around. My husband has had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and I just finished my second extraction with Dr. Elder. I still don't believe how relatively painless the healing process always is. My husband didn't need pain medication at all and I have used very little after the first day. Great doctor. I'll never go to anyone else.

I was in extreme pain and had gotten my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Riley! He was super informative. The procedure went very smoothly with minimal pain and discomfort. Although I was numb for weeks, Dr. Riley and his staffs were kind enough to keep in touch with me! Overall, great office and very friendly staff. They all made me feel welcomed and are very accommodating and straightforward with the whole process! Would definitely recommend! :-))
