The Smile Centre - Venice

This is by far the best Dental Office I have ever visited as in the entire staff is friendly, courteous and genuinely care for their clients. I recently had a temporary crown and it inadvertently fell off in the evening. They were able to get me in the next morning and replaced it without any issues. Dr. Wagler and her staff are "top shelf" when it comes to dental care and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this office and they have a patient that will continue to come back for first class dental care!!

Dr Boyko and staff are excellent! Doctor is a perfectionist and I appreciate it so much especially during the process of having her replace my old veneers with 10 new ones.. They are so willing to accommodate my special circumstances/requirements for dental visits. My husband and I pat ourselves on the backs for choosing the Smile Center for all our dental needs. The staff was welcoming and very informative from when we walked in the door until we were finished with the appointment. They explained everything each step of the way. They have some very advanced technology that was new to us and the attention to detail was impressive. Dr. Bojko was very specific on her examination and recommendations for future treatments with existing conditions. I was very pleased with the service and environment that they have created for their patients.

They do excellent work - very friendly and professional. Maria does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth.My only issue with them is over the years, there is a lot of turnover of the hygenists and dentists as well. I think I've had 5 dentists in 11 years.

As a seasonal visitor experiencing a broken tooth, I sought recommendations for a local dentist. When each friend recommended The Smile Centre - Venice, I felt confident in requesting an evaluation. They worked me in quickly, assessed my need, and offered clearly described treatment options—an excellent experience for a first time patient.

This was my first visit as a new patient. I was impressed with the office & employees & would have given a higher rating except for the X-rays performed by the hygienist which did not go well. She was inexperienced with the machine she was using & therefore I was disappointed that it took her so long & more importantly was painful; so much so that she had to have another hygienist come in to finish the job which she did easily w/o anymore pain.I was however very pleased with Dr Bojko who was professional, thorough & explained what treatment I needed for which I will be having done there.

I live in Bradenton and drive all the way to Venice to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. High level of professionalism from the doctors and all the staff. Since the moment I step in the office I feel welcomed. I trust the well being of my teeth to Dr. Bojko whose candor, training and experience make her one of the best dentists in the area.

Called today to schedule an annual cleaning as a new patient based on the mostly good reviews. After explaining to the lady who answered the phone what I needed she told me an X-ray and exam would be required prior to the cleaning as a new patient. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a dentist and I’m new to being on my own insurance so I started asking clarifying questions about if insurance typically covers this and what exactly is part of the exam. Immediately she got annoyed and snappy with me. After asking a question, I could hear her take a few seconds to sigh loudly before she gave me vague answers with unnecessary attitude. I told her I’d call around to other dentists to see if they had earlier appointments than what was available here, but after speaking to such kind administrators from other offices, I was glad not to call them back with this horrible customer service. I was so disappointed to have been talked to so rudely for this dentist to lose business over one phone call…it’s a shame they have someone representing them like that. She never stated her name…

From start to finish Dr. Wagler has been nothing short of outstanding! Shes been so good to me, my teeth and my feelings. Dr. Wagler is a fun Dentist that from the beginning makes you feel like you are welcome, safe and ready to make you comfortable for your visit. She has even gone the extra mile to come in early, to fix a filling from a previous Dentist. If you're looking for a new Dentist, be sure to check out Dr. Wagler's office as I couldn't recommend them enough! There's a reason it's called 'The Smile Center' because you'll absolutely be smiling when you leave her office.

First visit to Smile Centre. Very positive. Everyone I spoke with was was warm and friendly. Jen listened patiently as I explained the less than satisfactory work of other dentists that led to my coming there. My appointment was to consult on the placement of crowns on 3 recent implants. Dr. Wagner was easy to talk to, answered my questions, and I plan to return to complete the process. I feel confident and comfortable that they will do excellent work.
