Children's Choice - Victorville

My 2 year old twin boys just had their first dental visit today and the staff was amazing. I think I was more nervous 🤣 Being their first apt one of my twins was very upset but the staff was very patient and helpful. My other twin LOVED it, so that’s good. Children’s Choice comes highly recommended from one of my close friends and they did not disappoint. Making an appointment was fairly easy, I did it online and filled out all of the paperwork online as well which I appreciate because I can only imagine trying to fill out the paperwork in person with twins. I didn’t get her name, but someone at the front desk gave me very helpful information regarding our dental insurance and how it works. Also, the facility is VERY clean. Overall very pleased with our experience, & we will be back!

The staff were professional from the scheduling phase, intake x-ray procedures, to the in office appointment date. The secretary was courteous and helpful in rescheduling a new appointment when the wait time pushed longer then expected. The service from the orthodontist was prompt and he clearly explained my dental status and provided suggestions. Very pleased with the services provided.

I wonder where those good reviews came from, this place is horrible, it is the first time I saw my daughter cried on a dentist visit. After putting the topical anesthesia, they did not even wait for at least a minute to pull out the teeth, they are not child friendly, I don’t think they know how to smile and communicate to children very well, definitely not coming back! There should be NO star but would not let me post without putting the one star.

We brought our 2 year old toddler for his first visit and it was amazing. The people who answer the phones are just as friendly and helpful as the dentist and the rest of the clinic staff. Really easy to make an appointment for a new patient in an extremely timely manner 😊 our son wasn’t the most cooperative patient with it being his first visit but they handled it like pros with patience and compassion. It was also very clean which we look for closely. Highly recommend this location for any littles who need quality care!

Very unprofessional I had an appt at 4pm and they called me at 3:21pm saying the dr was leaving at 3:30 and if I could make it at that time because the dr was leaving early due to weather like I understand he’s leaving early but don’t txt me at 1 pm with confirmation that appt is at 4 then call at 3:21 to come one before 3:30 then I tell her I’ll be there at 3:35 and while I’m on my way they call at 3:27 saying dr is leaving at 3:30 and if I want to reschedule why would I want to reschedule I’ll take my business and pay else where ridiculous!

The worst don’t go here!!!! 😡😡😡 unless you want to be waiting for over 2 months for a anesthesia approval. My daughter has been having a bad tooth pain since December(she was seen 12/1)and she needs it to be removed and until now they haven’t call me back for a date. I been calling and calling and no one calls me back I had to send a family member to check what is going on and they told me they needed a clearance which I was not aware, then I got the clearance the next day, and still they haven’t call me back I been calling and checking with a “supervisor” Ileen I think that’s her name and still haven’t heard back. My daughter can’t even eat because of the pain. According to Ileen they were going to expedite the authorization but idk what expedited means to them….. don’t go here!!!

Very bad traumatic experience for my 7 year old, Dr. Nivine did not wait for my child to be numb before she pulled 2 of his teeth out while he's gasping in pain. The doctor was very rough and not friendly in any way. Terrible awful experience for him to feel pain and plead for help, and she just kept going. I kept asking if he was numb, and he said no, but she did not care. We will not be back.

This dentist is my new favorite to take all 3 of my kids to. We had a very pleasant visit as new patients and felt welcome. Love that they had tvs ovehead so the kids can stay occupied and not nervous. My oldest had her teeth pulled on site and had no problems in house or out. Left feeling like we have a good dentist to call our home dentist with an awesome plan crafted to fit our dental needs. Thank you for making us feel safe and saving our smiles.
