Came here in 2017 to get my braces done as a teenager and have never looked back! I was given one of the best experiences I’ve had getting braces, retainers, fixing broken brackets, and eventually growing up and getting adult Invisalign! Everyone is friendly and very helpful, and they always remember the small things you share during appointments and greet you by name at every appointment. They’re very transparent about treatments, costs, and the variability of which things do what, and how long things will be. Absolutely one of the most fantastic dr’s offices I have the pleasure of attending.

I am so impressed by the professional staff at VP Smiles. Supported by the latest in orthodontic technology, the staff works with each patient to devise a personal treatment program. I am an older adult who previously had orthodontics as a young person but my teeth shifted out of alignment. VP Smiles has given me back my smile. I cannot thank them enough. If you are considering orthodontics as a mature person, I recommend the caring and welcoming staff at VP Smiles.

Villa Park Smiles is amazing!! Their office is impeccable, the staff is beyond 5 stars ⭐️ and what they can do to create wonderful smiles is incredible. My first sons teeth I thought would never be straight (shark teeth) and after a few years he has a beautiful smile. My second son is currently with them and my husband will be soon. I highly recommend this orthodontist. All the workers are very friendly here. Customer service is great and they understand the needs of the patients. I want to say that Dr Lee is amazing at what she does. Her care and professionalism is outstanding.Even though I’m older and my teeth were very crooked she was able to straighten my bottom teeth in 4 months to transition to a retainer. My upper teeth are straightening well and is in progress.I am very satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, professional, friendly ortho in this area.

Really great experience here at VP Smiles. I’m almost done with my Invisalign treatment and I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look. The doctors and staff will go the extra mile to make sure the results are perfect. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants, will make you feel at ease. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.

I did the thing most teenagers do - I didn’t wear my retainer regularly after my first round of braces in my late teens. 10 years later I was getting married and wasn’t happy with the look of my teeth. I knew I wanted to do braces but I didn’t want to have all those wires showing. I reached out to a couple of places regarding Invisalign and Villa Park Smiles stood out the most to me.Within my first few minutes there I noticed the place seemed very friendly and not very pushy. I was explained everything regarding pricing and timing in detail and met with the Dr. to feel comfortable/ask questions about my future treatment. I was also offered a discount for paying up front - something that some places were not offering at all for me.The actual Invisalign process was an easy one. As long as you follow the steps of wearing your retainers at least 20 hours a day (I was doing 22) you will see results quickly. And that’s what happened for me! Although I was a couple of trays shy of finishing my treatment before my wedding, I had that perfect smile I wanted for my big day. Dr. Lee even made sure my teeth were polished before I got them whitened for my big day. I remember one of the techs was asking for Dr. Lee and she kept telling them “Hold on! I’m polishing my bride’s teeth over here!” After my wedding, everyone was really eager to see my wedding photos and they all mentioned how nice my smile looked.All the staff are so friendly and sweet. I was never judged or disrespected. They even made a couple exceptions for me with scheduling mishaps.I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs their teeth straightened. No matter your age, you will be treated so kindly here.Thank you Dr. Lee and all the technicians for your help with my smile!

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR AN ORTHODONTIST, STOP LOOKING. Dr. Lee, Dr. MacGinnis, and Dr. Baum are phenomenal. I respect each doctor for the work they do, but what they all have in common is such a fine ability to communicate what’s going on with your treatment and adjustments that are being made. The staff are equally as hospitable, caring, professional, and knowleadgable. Kim, one of the assistants, is a great hygienist and always completed my adjustments with ease. Regarding payment, they were very helpful with discussing details of the payment plan I went with.You will feel well taken care of and the community that you become apart of is such a unique experience. This establishment is truly the best of what orthodontic care has to offer. If that hasn’t convinced you, I could write a report on every staff member and why they’re amazing, but by that point you would already have scheduled your first exam! Lastly, #gobruins

I absolutely love Villa Park Smiles! I’ve been here for years for my braces and every single visit is a great experience. The staff are sweet, gentle, and very diligent. It’s also a very positive experience with young children. I just recently got my braces off and my teeth look absolutely amazing! I would recommend Villa Park Smiles to everyone.
