This was by far, the best experience at a dentist. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the moment you walk in. The office is clean and bright. They do an infrared scan of your teeth so they have a baseline for any future issues. Dr. Cruz is wonderful! He’s kind, patient, explains things well and gives plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Cannot recommend Bright Smiles enough!

Overall, strong dental team! Good bedside manners, strong, communication, great, listening, skills, and the ability to grab your audience. Just a couple of the things that makes a good person, and good leader! From the moment I stepped into those back rooms Brandon and his team made me feel like number one!On a Musical note. First of all I was asked what I would like to listen on echo, Music, while I have my teeth clean. Lastly, to say I work with a singing dentist is huge in my books because I so happen to love singing.

I’ve never been excited about going to the dentist, but now I can’t wait for my next cleaning. Amy, the dental hygienist, was knowledgeable, patient, and very good at what she does. Office is clean and bright. Staff are all pleasant and friendly. Dr Cruz was friendly and seemed to have great bedside manners (I have not yet had my appointment with him but he stopped by to say hello). This dental office came highly recommended to me and I understand why now.

I was terrified to go to the dentist… I had not been in 10 years due to a previous bad experience. When I explained my situation to Dr. Cruz, he was so understanding and so sweet. He made me completely comfortable, explained everything in great detail, and was so considerate of my feelings. I had a broken tooth and I needed to have, it filed down drilled out and a temporary crown made. I kept waiting for pain. And I kept clenching my hands, expecting to feel shooting pain through my jaw, and it never came. I was so relieved at the end of My visit because I did not feel any pain. His was also a pleasure to work with, and to speak to. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist!!!

This was my first time going to Bright Smiles as I just moved to the area and was looking for a local dentist. This place is top notch dental care. The dental hygienist took her time with my cleaning and was very gentle. She was very educational as well in informing me about ongoing dental care. The front desk is also very friendly. There was no wait. I was taken in immediately upon arriving.

I found Bright Smiles on Google. Just about all of the reviews were positive so I called. I got an appointment quickly and went in for a consultation. The front desk staff were polite and I felt comfortable.The Dental Assistant brought me to the room and she was also very friendly, and made me feel at home.The Dentist then did his evaluation and was very patient as he explained my options. He was very helpful and unselfish when he explained how the procedure could affect me, whether in a positive or negative way.There was no rushing me to make quick decisions, which I really appreciated.Overall, it was a great visit and I am very confident that I have found the right Dentist for our needs.

The treatment that I have received at Bright Smiles of the Hudson Valley has been top tier. From the beginning to now the professionalism and the compassion for the patient has been unwavering. The staff is amazing. Bright Smiles of the Hudson Valley is really a well oiled machine.The team’s commitment to patient care is exceptional.However I am a little frustrated because I been going to Bright Smiles of the Hudson Valley for over a year. I came to Bright Smiles with minimal work needed to be done. As I had braces for 5 years and 5 months since the age of 10. I came to Bright Smiles of the Hudson Valley with an issue with two teeth specifically. Consequently those two teeth have not been fixed. I had a 8-month treatment plan that clearly has been exceeded. As a result of the orthodontist work I received a black diamond aka a little gap. If I knew that would be an outcome of this orthodontist work. I would have not gotten it done. Its now going on 2 years in June. I still have not had those two teeth corrected. Due to the amount of time it is taking to fix those 2 teeth, the black diamond that I occurred due to this orthodontist treatment and the money I have spent. I am now regretting my decision to embark on this journey. I can only hope that the outcome will happen sooner; doesn’t cost me anymore money and my issues will be rectified.

Excellent dental care… came to Dr. Cruz for a very tricky problem, as he was recommended by another dentist as someone who may be able to solve the issue. He explained the situation clearly, and walked me through the steps and what to expect… problem is now solved, everything went perfectly! They made sure I was comfortable and pain-free during procedures. Very kind people. On top of it they gave me the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had, with great advice for best daily practices. HIGHLY recommend this practice.

Little to no wait and overall the service from Dr. Cruz and his staff members was impeccable. Dr. Cruz took the time to get to know me as a new patient and offered to share his background with me as we, along with his assistant Terry, engaged in a regular but meaningful conversation. All of my questions were answered as Dr. Cruz took the time to walk me through my X-rays and digital images; my cleaning was the thoroughest that I’ve ever had. Staff felt very communal with a genuine interest in making me feel comfortable in the setting of being in a dentist office (was offered the opportunity to select my own playlist and diffuser scent) as well as sharing detailed knowledge of all the procedures being performed. Would highly recommend Bright Smiles of Beacon if you’re looking for a friendly environment as well as a dentist and staff that can guide you on maintaining the overall health of your teeth and gums!

I had a tooth emergency and they were able to take me the same day .Dr.Cruz was very nice, knowledgeable , clear and personable ,as well as his staff. He was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a root canal .He was able to get me to a surgeon the same day and they took care of it.His staff followed up on me the next day. So glad we found him!
