I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Emery this past week, and I only have positive things to say about both Dr. Emery and the office staff. The initial consultation was very informative, and Dr. Emery made sure I felt well-informed about the procedure. Sandy, who handles the insurance, was extremely responsive and helpful in navigating the process since it was out-of-network for me, requiring extra coordination to figure out coverage. The procedure itself went very smoothly. Dr. Emery ensured I was comfortable and that my pain was well-managed throughout. I was given clear post-op instructions and am recovering well. I highly recommend Dr. Emery and the Capital Center team!

This office is more than fantastic. I am a patient of nurse Rona and I would never go to anybody else! She's extremely talented, kind and everything that she has recommended has worked wonders for me! I recommend her 1,000%!!!

I had surgery done by Dr. Retana. The experience I had was exceptional! Greater than I even expected. Each and every one of his staff members were always in a great mood, prompt and helpful. This was such a relief for me as I came from out of town. Even after surgery everyone was such a pleasure to work with. Even down to the anesthesiologist. She contacted me the day after my surgery to check on me and to see if I needed anything (never would’ve expected that). My results? AMAZING!!! I mean absolutely amazing!! The information given to me for pre and post op was very thorough. Bedside manor? 10/10!! I’d choose Dr. Retana and his staff over and over if I needed to. I want to say thank you Dr. Retana to you and your entire staff. Thank you for everything! I’ll never not brag about you, your work and your entire office. :)

I would highly recommend this practice based on my experience with Dr. Retana and everyone else who worked to remove my impacted wisdom teeth. Here are my observations: - The office was very clean and comfortable. - I was not given strong medication but instead more natural ones (StellaLife Intelligent Healing R) - I had a quick healing process and did not experience buzz on my lower lip as I heard could happen (my nerve was quite close to one of my teeth). I also did not feel pain after the surgery (I elected to take something to numb the pain during the surgery that lasts for a few days) - I received very clear instructions on what to do before, during, and after my surgery (my questions were answered fully as well, even at one time I heard Dr. Retana say time-out to stop and take my questions) - Everyone who worked on my surgery are very friendly

I came from out of state and developed a painful infection at my wisdom tooth removal site. Dr. Emery got me in within hours, helped me through insurance woes, and gave me multiple follow up appointments to check on my progress. I had to get a revision surgery and he did it that day. The staff are wonderful, the doctors are wonderful, the nurses are wonderful. Thank you all so much for helping me deal with a very difficult time.

Dr.Emery has always done an extraordinary job. It is not cheap but it is worth it.

Dr. Emery and his team implanted 4 teeth in my upper jaw. Judging by the results, it is clear that Dr. Emery is a very gifted surgeon -- and the whole process was amazingly painless. In addition, Dr. Emery proved to be a clear and thorough communicator, taking the time to explain the why and how of each phase of the treatment, and sharing his enthusiasm for the state of the art tools being developed. The administrative part of the process (including providing documentation for insurance purpose) was handled efficiently by the staff. I am most happy with the entire experience, and do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Emery and the Capital Center. Thank you !

Dr. Emery is an excellent surgeon. The dental assistants are skilled and very caring. The administrative staff are highly professional and helpful. Overall the experience and the care and recovery has been beyond expectations.
