This was my second time getting braces after a different orthodontist hadn’t properly treated my teeth, and oh my, the difference was incredible. Not only are the techniques that Capitol Orthodontics’ staff members employ so much more up to date and comfortable, but the entire team was also lovely and professional all along the way. Shawna and Tifani were both so helpful and prompt about scheduling my appointments, which was much appreciated because my schedule is often quite varying. Nina and Kelley are fantastic and personable technicians who truly prioritized my comfort the entire session, every session. The quality of care is noticeable. His staff is exceptional and kind. Tiffani, the office manager, is beyond competent and friendly. The office works as a cohesive unit, and as the patient you can feel it. I'm halfway through my Invisalign procedure and it's been seamless.
