I had a really pleasant experience at DC Surgical Arts. I have a little bit of anxiety when I go to have anything dental related done. But Dr. Tien and his team were very calming and communicated very well about what was going to happen. I’ve had one of my wisdom teeth removed with a different doctor and this experience was much better! My recovery is also a lot smoother. It’s definitely on the pricier side but if you can afford it, it’s worth the peace of mind.

Had my consultation for wisdom teeth removal. Came in early and got seen early, everyone was really nice and the facility was polished and clean, but most importantly they have a fish tank in the waiting area. Nemo!

I had a great experience at DC Surgical Arts getting my wisdom teeth out. The office staff were very friendly and gave me transparent pricing information. Dr. Tien and the medical staff were professional and reassuring, and my surgery went very well! I have minimal pain and am confident that I will recover smoothly. I would recommend this office to anyone getting a wisdom tooth removal as well.

Best dental experience that I ever experienced. Top rated professionalism from staff to the doctor. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs surgery to choose this establishment.

Administratively, they have WAY to go and should really focus on improvements (inaccurate info, pricing). The 5 start review is for Dr. Tien - he was instrumental in providing all the information and resources when it comes to the implant procedure. He patiently answered all the questions I had and presented me with two different treatment options. Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and I would recommend his practice to anyone considering oral surgery.

I was so incredibly scared and worried going into this procedure. But all of the doctors were so professional and supportive. They knew exactly what they were doing. I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and it did not hurt at all, if I needed to get anything done again, here is the place to be. The pre and post op instructions were clear and easy to follow. 10/10/10 would recommend. THANK YOU!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Tien and all the staff at DC Surgical Arts. From check-in to AFTER discharge, they've been nothing but attentive and caring. What doc texts you to see how you're doing and then follows up with substantive info? Amazing.

Although the wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly, the consultation and the estimates provided for the tooth extraction were misleading which costed me to end up paying $1400 more. I could not reply to your answer so I am adding my reply here. I actually contacted your front desk and had an lengthy email exchange with your colleague about this. If you are interested in details I can forward you the emails. The estimates provided by your team were misleading since they both included PRF treatment expenses instead of providing one estimate with PRF and another one without PRF costs, as discussed during the consultation, so I could have made informative decision based on the price difference between these two options. Another misleading consultation / information which was by the way confirmed by your colleague, was that PRF can only be done with General Anesthesia, which appears to be also wrong..
