This office is incredible—so attentive and thoughtful! Dr. K and Rosa went out of their way to fit me in when I was in a time crunch, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. I don’t even live in DC anymore, but I still come back because the care here is just that good! Highly recommend

DO NOT GO HERE. While the hygienists were friendly and great, the dentist was such a pusher- genuinely one of the most negative healthcare experiences over had. To quote mean girls “she’s a pusher”. I felt like every commodity and service was being rammed down my throat and every extra charge was being thrown my way. And I don’t mean this in an attentive and thorough way. The dentist asked me if I wanted the “extra fluoride treatment” while simultaneously brushing it on. She was already on my third tooth by the time she mentioned it was an extra cost. She insisted I be fitted for a mouth guard that would’ve been north of $200 (my pcp then told me I should buy one on Amazon for $20). I was also rushed into scheduling a Botox consultation. She barely explained it and when I asked about side effects (premature jowling) she had no response and said I should wait until the consult (which I would’ve had to pay for). The whole experience felt so transactional and I was dizzy from all the sales pitches and consultations. IDC how nice the office is, DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Yasamin Rasool, DDS, her assistant, and the dental assistant deserve all five stars! Their care and professionalism are outstanding. However, the front desk staff lacks professionalism, which detracts from the overall experience.

Great office, staff, and dental care. I recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. I came across DC Pearls Dental Boutique on Zocdoc. I saw the great reviews, but I was still nervous about finding a new dentist I like. I'm so happy I went with my gut because I had a great experience. Communication with the dental hygienists and the dentist was fantastic, and they made me feel very comfortable regarding any questions or concerns I might have had. I was excited to tell people about my dental appointment afterwards, and that has to be one of the oddest things to say, but that's how great of an experience it was. It is difficult to find good healthcare, no matter what for. Finding a great dentist has been a breath of fresh air.

This practice is blatantly attempting to make money off patients who don’t seek second opinions elsewhere. Every aspect of the practice felt rushed. The hygienist cleaning my teeth rushed through the x-rays, barely giving me any instruction and chastising me when I didn’t properly bite down on the device. She also immediately tried to sell me on getting a nightguard. The cleaning itself took hardly any time, and she didn’t even floss my teeth. She did try to tell me that I had gingivitis, because “all of my gums were bleeding.” Mind you, I had flossed the night before and none of my gums bled. I wouldn’t be surprised by one or two bleeding, but she emphasized it was all of them. The dentist came in and analyzed the x-rays in front of me with a sense of panic. I was told I would need 9-12 fillings total, and that he didn’t want to alarm me but I might need a root canal soon. He didn’t once open my mouth and poke around to investigate my teeth with his tools. I had a tooth that I was particularly concerned about, and it wasn’t looked at by the dentist or the hygienist. Something felt off to me considering that the last few times I had been to the dentist, my dentists had no concerns about my teeth other than keeping an eye on some old fillings. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. This dentist took his time, listened to my concerns, and ultimately recommended that I get 2 fillings, MAYBE a third. Nothing was mentioned about gingivitis or night guards. This confirmed my suspicions that DC Pearls is exploiting patients to make money from gratuitous procedures.

The service here was EXCEPTIONAL. Dr. Irma was by far my favorite. She talked me through the procedures and made me very comfortable. I haven’t been to a dentist in a while but she made my visit so worth it. Thank YOU!!!

Dr. Irma made me feel very comfortable and relaxed my whole visit, she is amazing and treats her patients like family. Dr. Ardekani is 100 percent the best dentist there and i highly recommend going to see him he is very fast and you will not feel a thing. I had very bad anxiety about going to the dentist before coming to visit this amazing place.

Not only is their attention to detail and perfectionism the kind of care you want when it comes to your pearly whites, but their hearts are pure gold. Dr. Rasool, and dental hygienists Tina and Miriam took the utmost care of me during my visit. There was a moment when I needed extra support, and they went above and beyond. They were not only professional, but incredibly compassionate, offering comfort and understanding when I needed it most. In addition, they graciously accommodated me at the last minute to address my dental needs, ensuring my treatment was completed promptly. I truly felt taken care of, both professionally and personally. Their level of care and consideration exceeded my expectations, and I am deeply grateful for their support during a challenging time.
