Front desk and medical staff are very patient. Medical staff explain everything and check in to see if you have any additional questions. As a bonus, when you check in online for return visits you have the option to just update information that has changed and do not have to reupload photos of your insurance card and photo ID if these have not changed.

I’ve been seeing this provider for over 20 years. They are friendly and provide quality dental care. I was in and out for my routine cleaning and fluoride.

Dr. Chavis is wonderful. Five years ago I moved out of the DC area. I found a well-reputed dentist and went to him for one problem, but his work wasn’t nearly as good as Dr. Chavis’s. Since then, I drive three hours to see Dr. Chavis. And Dr. Chavis’s staff is great, too.
