Always pleasant and efficient. Been going to this practice since the 20th Century. Have not had any procedure performed by Dr. Banks yet, but he is always very responsive to all my questions.

Start to finish, everyone is nice, jovial, welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in town.

Dr. Banks is the best! He takes the time to explain my dental care plan thoroughly and clearly. And he humors me by discussing my questions - most recently about the fluoridation of municipal water. In addition, he surrounds himself with caring and thoughtful staff - from Kris at the front desk - to Sofia, my most recent dental hygienist. How much do I love this practice? Enough to pay out-of-pocket for my services.

I have been going to Dupont Dental for over 15 years and have never found a dentist office I like more than this one. The staff is amazing and they have also been there for a long time which speaks volumes.

Dr. Banks does a phenomenal job. You won’t be disappointed by having Dr. Banks as your dentist. His attention to detail makes all the difference in the world. He cares about his patience, making sure that you’re satisfied to a level I haven’t seen from any dentist in the past.

These guys are the best! I do not enjoy going to the dentist, stopped going for about 15 years and finally had to come back and thank goodness I found this practice. This office is super comfortable, the staff are all welcoming and friendly, my hygienist is wonderful, checks in on how I'm doing throughout cleanings, Dr. Banks is awesome, no judgment, keeps me on track with keeping my teeth in decent shape, Kris in billing is fantastic, handles all my insurance and maps out the year if I do anything beyond cleanings, but they keep my teeth in such good shape I almost never have anything additional. I love this office.
