I am seventy years old, and for the first time in my life, I have to say, I am enjoying going to the dentist. Not only is Dr Terry an exceptional professional, but so is all the staff of DC DENTIST. The cordial, friendly atmosphere makes every visit an enjoyable one. I was lucky to be referred by my daughter in-law. I would not allow any member of my family to visit any other dentist. EUG

My first dental appt with DC Dentist was for overdue 6 mos. teeth cleaning and bad taste in mouth for passed 3 months. (My former dentist died suddenly.) Staff and T Victor, DDS were very friendly and professional. Teeth cleaning was shortened more than I'm accustomed to. (use to longer teeth cleaning process) Remain with bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully, Dr Victor will resolve my dental issues soon. M Williams

I hate to leave this review because the services were good for a local private practice. However, **Beware** They are not transparent about the billing process and fees. They were very misleading. I was told I would receive reimbursement from my insurance at the time of my visit and I needed to pay upfront. When I learned that wasn’t the case , I called to make them aware. The receptionist simply stated, “we don’t know your insurance co. policy” But you knew to tell me when I booked, ”it’s fine, your insurance company will reimburse you”. Now I’m stuck with a $600+ bill. Please do better as a small business in the community. Only concerned about your bottom line that you conveniently neglect to make your clients fully aware of billing process and risks is not a good business practice.

As always Dr. Victor and the staff at the DC Dentist delivered A1 care and dental education that left me feeling good about my dental health and appreciated as a valued patient.

I really love this dental office at 509 11th Street, S.E. The dentist (The DC Dentist), Dr. Victor, is professional and has a great bedside manner. All the staff members are friendly and caring and take time to provide for all your needs. I plan to return to this office, to complete all the dental work I have to have done.
