I couldn’t have imagined how my appointment would’ve worked out so very well. The receptionist started it off well being exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I then got an amazing tour of the facility which left a fantastic impression of cleanliness and all things in order. That was a confidence builder. My escort impressed me even more with her abilities connect every dot on such a friendly and informative session. I was so impressed with her knowledge and the handling of her equipment (which was beyond any I’ve ever seen). Then I would meet my dentist. My hygienist shared her views with the dentist and the back forth between the two of them left me feeling very confident that I would be in the right hands. I’ve never had such an experience in any dental practice in my 66 years.

This dentist office put my mind at ease. They were so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this dentist office.

So I mostly enjoyed my first visit. The assistant was lovely and super sweet and took her time. Then that’s when things got bad. The lady who takes payment is VERY PUSHY! Here apply for this credit card and spend all ur money! Told her I was positive I wouldn’t be approved and she still made me try one of the cards. And yes denied 🤔 And I have never been to a dentist that is so fricking expensive!!! Hundreds of dollars for a cleaning? No thank you! And now I’m being charged over 100 dollars cause I got sick and had to cancel my cleaning appointment and then had to reschedule my other appointment cause I work 2 jobs (60-70 hours a week) and couldn’t get off?! That’s not right at all! I’m glad my boyfriend had a better experience when he got his wisdom teeth taken out but that also was 700+ dollars and then hundreds more for a cleaning? Like come on! I was willing to look past the prices cause I liked the doctor and tech but now there’s just a really bad taste in my mouth and I will never be going back.

I am always anxious going to dental visits having had horrific experiences as a teenager. Washington smiles dental staff ease my anxiety,, make my visit comfortable. They know me. Dr. Brunworth and the Washington Smiles team are kind and listen to all your questions. They are gentle and put me at ease. I have the monthly payment care plan for proactive care and cleaning. It's a good program they offer. Happy I go there.
