My daughter has been receiving her care at Elite Orthodontics and we have nothing but great things to say. The office is immaculate and all staff members are nice, welcoming, and professional. My daughter feels extremely comfortable at every visit. I highly recommend to anyone considering this office. Im glad i took the time to find it!!

I always take my time looking for doctors, dentist, etc. I do a full search before I set an appointment. Even the way they answer the call is how I make a decision. With that being said believe me when I tell you that you won’t go wrong with Elite orthodontic. My son got his braces on today, they did an amazing job. They took their time explaining everything. He felt comfortable, they made us laugh which I love. 10/10

The staff at Elite is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The office is modern, hi tech, and extremely clean. Dr. J was compassionate and confident, and I knew instantly I was in capable hands. Thank you to Litsa for walking me through this process so seamlessly…such a critical patient support connection! I’m already seeing great results!

So not only did the office and all practitioners and assistants involved make us feel welcome and safe, especially for my seven-year-old daughter, but they practiced with care and patience. Yanet, the financial advisor/treatment coordinator I initially spoke to when making our appointment—went above and beyond for my daughter and me. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get everything Lilliana needed - spacers, braces, retainer, X-rays, and everything in between, including emergency appointments when necessary. However, I was assured by Yanet that together we would resolve and design a course of action that would be efficient and work for us financially. However- before that- she insisted she would do everything in her power to get the claim approved by our insurance. As a single mom, I appreciated the amount of work she set out to do for us after only having spoken to me twice and met me in person once. The usual outlook for our insurance is either they cover everything or nothing— there is no partial coverage, and typically in this situation, they deny. Others said it wouldn’t be possible for the insurance to cover— but Yanet told me not to worry. She could see the concern in my eyes and that I just wanted to provide my daughter with what she truly needed. She said she could not guarantee anything because it eventually goes out of her hands and into the insurance company’s hands; however, she told me, “I will do my best, everything I can,” and let me say she did more than her best- she did THE BEST!!! YANET worked hard on our submission to the insurance, and it paid off big time- she got absolutely everything APPROVED! My daughter is now embarking on her orthodontic journey and is receiving the absolute best and expert care and all the services she requires. I cried tears of happiness when she called me with the news. I have never been treated so well by any other practice or business. They look out for their clients as they would for family (specially Yanet!) Thank you, thank you, thank you 5 STAR Orthodontist and 5+ Start treatment coordinator Yanet. Dr. LaBruna & staff at Elite are nothing short of just that, Elite! They are kind, gentle & take the time the patient (AND PARENT!) needs! No rushing the process of the dental needs! My daughter is young, (7) & is now months into her RPE treatment. Dr. LaBruna & the staff makes sure to explain everything, every step of her process along the way to ensure we both feel comfortable & know what is to be expected. I highly recommend Elite Orthodontics & Dr. LaBruna. My son, also 7 (twin), will be getting his ortho consult in September with them. He is on the spectrum, has adhd & sensory processing disorder. I have no doubt they will be able to work with him & make him feel just as secure & comfortable as they did my daughter (and me!).

My daughter was fitted for braces over a year ago . The original doctor that fitted her was gone after the initial fitting. Nothing was said that she was leaving the practice. We were given a second doctor that saw my daughter a couple of times , he too left the practice . The appointment times they give are during school hours and I had repeatedly said to them , I am not taking my daughter out of school every time there is an office visit . They do not even try to accommodate you as the patient . They told me they have appointments with other doctors but they want my daughter to stay with the same doctor. I told them they had no issue when she switched doctors three times though because they left the practice.They try to up charge you on a permanent brace for the upper teeth at $500 , even after I spent $700 on a frenectomy. What is the sense of getting braces , when you have to wear a permanent brace . The staff is rude , especially the office manager. She lectured me on a phone call that she has kids also and I should take my kid out of school to take care of her braces Glad this ordeal is over . I would never recommend them.

Our experience was exceptional! Janet was friendly and greeted us when we came in and made sure all of our forms were filled out. It was a very busy Saturday but she was courteous to everyone in person and on the phone. Once we were ready the kids were called back for their x-rays and scans, the other staff were also just as courteous and quick. The doctor spoke to us and joked with the kids - we were all made to feel very comfortable. We are looking forward to working with this professional and friendly staf.

Not even one starFirst time, bad services, everybody is everywhere, and you are not sure whom is whom.They call my kids for X-Ray and The long hair, blonde lady wouldn’t let me in. Not only that, she ask my daughter who was that black woman, which was me and I am Spanish.The blonde lady made my daughter feel uncomfortable. She was lucky my daughter didn’t tell me what the blonde lady told her at the place.
