Very disgusted and ashamed with these dental practices and procedures they proceed with. Use to come here all the time and compared to my new dentist office they did many unnecessary procedures like put me to sleep for a cavity and tied me up when i was a very cooperative patient, rather than at my new dentist they just numb my mouth. Keep in mind this was in 2014.

Guys on the back were amazing the lady and gentleman!!!! Dr. was great fast work and efficient... The lady up front was so nice and super helpful she tried to comfort my baby that was so scare by getting her a toy and balloon..(short lady Hispanic Lady)...After the procedure was done I was up front trying to schedule my next appointment and the Manager a old looking lady was the rudest person ever ... Were trying to schedule the appointment and she saw a guy that came out after me.. So she was so disrespectful and just took over receptions computer not caring that she was helping me ..... Didn't even bother to say can I use your computer or at least say I am sorry for getting into something that was non of my business.... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡She is the only person that is so disrespectful in that office if she doesn't like people that speaks Spanish she can look for a different job ..... 😡😡😡

My children have been a patient of his for the last 10 years, over this time he inconvenienced us with his lack of respect of other people's time.He has on multiple occasions rescheduled 10 minutes before his appointments, had locked doors when appointments were scheduled, and the last visit on 9/27 he chose to refuse service to my 13 year old child after a two week wait over sedation that his staff assured me was fine when we initially scheduled it. (For a filling insurance won't pay for because his work didn't hold up for more than 6 months, which is not an isolated occasion) He was flippant and flat out refused with only a "I apologize I just found out" from his staff.I understand that he feels his doctorate degree entitles him to view his time as more important than others, as evident in his flat out refusal to respond to inquiries about why he his policies change according to his emotional state.*** My review has been edited for accuracy.The reply is correct. There is no wait, we have found another dentist, my previous reply was made hastily before confirming the facts.As for poor behavior, there was none. My child was never even seen by the dentist, they told me that it was a "red flag" for me to ask to sit with my child during a procedure.I had to ask the office manager what exactly we did wrong, which was not only shocking, but embarrassing to be refunded and refused so abruptly. The office manager handled the entire situation with grace and professionalism.There have been complaints, albeit soft ones, and apparently they fall on deaf ears, as evident in the reply below.I have never once raise my voice nor cursed anybody in that office. Nor have I ever been spoken to in such a condescending tone via a Google reply.The tone of your reply speaks volumesTruly used to be a wonderful dentist, but as you've grown you're loosing touch with people. We are not paychecks. We are people.

Very friendly staffImmediate attention

For the first time, I was a patient at this facility. The receptionists are always polite, helpful, and accommodating. This week, my dentist was extremely diligent and prompt in repairing my fractured filling, and he carefully and completely explained my dental plan alternatives to me. I would gladly suggest this practice to anyone. Very pleased.

I love taking my son to Texas all smiles because the atmosphere is awesome and they really work around your schedule as much as they can.. Dr.S as my son calls him is amazing with his positive attitude and the energy he brings.. my son absolutely loves him and is always excited to go to the dentist .. I’ve never had one bad experience in the years my son has gone; I should mention that my son also has autism so I’m very wary about where I take him and there I can’t let my worries go and just sit back and wait .. I recommend this dentist to anyone..

As far as the Dickinson location........if I could give this place zero stars I would. To make a long story short, I was told my kids had a mouth full of cavities and needed to have them fixed sometime last year. My insurance doesn't cover anesthesia so I would have paid out of pocket. Fast forward, I recently took my children to the dentist I see now and they found zero cavities in both of my children. Not only was I upset, but also the hygienist and the dentist were highly upset. I'm glad I stuck with my first mind and didn't go back to get work done, because what exactly was there to fix?! My children's teeth could have been severely damaged all for money. Never again!

I love taking my baby to this facility. The staff is always courteous! It always have a welcome feeling and always clean and tidy. They have nice size televisions on playing cartoons to keep the kids occupied. They also have tablets for them to utilize,which is cool as well! They always make sure to take care of the patient and send them home with goodie bags filled with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss,a pencil,a crayon and a coloring sheet. I'm pleased every visit!

I love bringing my 3 boys to Texas All Smiles in Dickinson, TX. The Staff is absolutely wonderful to my 2 boys with Autism , even when they aren't very cooperative. They are efficient and very caring to the children who walk through the doors. Dr. Rob is awesome and patient with the kids who are nervous and make them feel at ease. We have been going there since we moved to Texas in 2014 and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thank you for making going to dentist a great experience.

I love bringing my two girls to Texas All Smiles at the Dickinson location. Dr. Stroumpos and all his staff are very professional, welcoming, and caring.Before I came in to my daughters appointment I received a call letting me know my out-of-pocket and to confirm everything they were going to do at the appointment. The office is very clean and tidy and has tablets for kids to play with while they wait. They’re really good with kids. I love how they explain everything to the kids before they do anything, when we are done with our appointment my kids always get a goodie bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, & floss. I love how the staff always works with you. we always have a terrific experience specially this last visit.I just want to say thank you very much to Delayna and Dr. Stroumpos for working with me!
