The front office staff of Patricia, Genie, Macy and Delia displayed such level of professionalism, kindness and warmth at this office that I've never experienced before, made a joy and a pleasant surprise. This office has now become the ONLY place that I will get my dental needs taken care off. They (doctors and staff) take the time to explain what's taking place and the best course of action. They get TWO THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left the practice, the level of professionalism and personal care I received from the desk staff, the X ray technician, and especially Dr. Mauck was exemplary. I was in a great deal of pain. Everyone treated me with compassion and care. In this time of physicians rushing patients in and out of their practice, Dr. Mauck and his staff took the time to listen and to take care of me at a time of great need. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Mauck is literally the best oral surgeon I have ever been to. And I unfortunately have been to several different ones. I will be so sad the day this man retires. Keep in mind - he isn’t very talkative or sensitive when it comes to bed side manner but he is a GREAT doctor. Knows his stuff and is very good at his job. And he makes personal phone calls to make sure there are no complications. He really is great.

We came to this office for a consultation to have my son’s wisdom teeth removed because Dr. Mauck was recommended by our family dentist. Our consultation was in January. His receptionists/assistants took our dental insurance information (we have Cigna do it’s not some obscure company) and told us they needed to do a “pre-authorization” and said to call back in 3 weeks to make the appointment (which should have been a red flag right there because no oral surgeon has ever made anyone I know continue to call them weeks later to schedule a surgery). I did as they advised and called back 3 weeks later. The receptionist claimed she was having trouble with our insurance and told me to call back again in 2 weeks, which I did. This went on for 2 months. Finally, in March, I called my insurance to talk to them about it and they told me that the problem was not on their end and it had been approved. I called Dr. Mauck’s office and told them what insurance had said and they disagreed and we continued the back and forth for another month. Finally, in April, we ended up going to another reputable oral surgeon in Boynton Beach. We were able to schedule the surgery THE SAME DAY as the consultation and my son had the surgery 2 weeks later. Everything went perfectly and there were no issues with insurance whatsoever. Clearly, the office staff in Dr. Mauck’s office are incompetent and don’t have an understanding of dental insurance considering we were able to have the surgery with another office right away and had NO problems. You can also tell a lot about an office by the way they respond to negative comments and if you read through the negative comments on Google, someone in the office (it’s most likely not Dr. Mauck, but a receptionist) responds in a defensive, sarcastic, less than professional manner. It says a lot about a provider by the way their office staff handles difficult situations and clearly the professionalism here is lacking. I’d hire competent, knowledgeable desk staff if I were Dr. Mauck and until then, I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

I turn into a 6 year old going to the dentist I needed a tooth removed It could not be filled. I have had bad experiences. I want to say the office is so beautiful. He doesn’t say much which was fine. The office staff is wonderful! My tooth was removed effortlessly Thank God! Thank you Dr. Mauck for being so efficient! No after effects. Did not need any pain meds after the procedure. Mended fine! So relieved!

I called for a friend that couldn't find this doctor's website to be able to research him, and contact for an urgent appointment. The person answering the phone was very rude to me and said they are so busy they don't need a website. In this day and age it is unacceptable for any company, especially an oral surgery center to not have information for people to research after hours for urgent issues, and for current patients to be able to learn about the doctor who they are about to put their trust, health, and sometimes life in their hands. To the person who answered the phone: stop focusing on your greed, and start giving people the vital information about your company so they can make an informed decision. I know I would never select your practice based upon the way I was treated by phone...you may need that website to snag people you haven't run off!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Mauck and all of his staff. I called for an emergency and was seen right away. Everyone from the front desk, to Dr. Mauck’s assistant, and everyone behind the scenes was incredible! The issues were explained clearly and a treatment plan was laid out. Five stars isn’t enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr. Mauck went above and beyond with fixing; what he said is "something I haven't seen in 30 years of practice".I am very appreciative of him and the friendly ladies in the office.

Dr. Mauck and his entire staff are wonderful! Dr. Mauck did my wisdom teeth 27 years ago. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out today and I am a Mom that doesn’t do the dentist well, when I told the front desk staff they took upon themselves to go back and make sure she was ok for me! I nearly passed out today thanks to Marcie I survived 😂 now to save more money and move on to the next child!

Cannot possibly thank Dr. Mauck and his staff enough! My son's impacted wisdom tooth seemed to come from out of nowhere and excruciatingly painful! We had never been to Dr. Mauck's office but our dentist recommended. They somehow squeezed us in, and in less than an hour, the whole painful ordeal was over. One day after the extraction now and no pain meds necessary. Highly recommend! THANK YOU!
