Ultimate Smile

Went to the dentist at Ultimate Smile yesterday without an appointment, I had what I don’t think was an emergency but very important dental situation, thinking how good it would be if I could be seen by the dentist today. To my surprise I was seen right away without hesitation, thank God for the blessing i received at Ultimate Smile. Thank You

The staff is super friendly. The doctor i don’t know her attitude seems off. It’s like if you complain about the pain during cleanings or after not being numbed enough she seems annoyed and taunts you. She did a deep filling for my husband and made it somehow seem like he was being overly sensitive and complaining about the pain for no reason. After weeks of complaining realized the filling was too deep and fixed it.

My son and I both come here. Its a great environment, the staff is so friendly, and the service is great. Appointment times are respected. We are always in and out so quickly. The dentist is informative and helpful and all the staff is caring and welcoming.We have been coming here for a few years. My 6 year old loves the dentist!Thank you Ultimate Smile!

Decent place to go for you & your family's Dental needs.The aesthetic is spacious, clean & simplistic.I would've given more stars, but the receptionist requires some customer service training.She has you wait without any acknowledgement, while prioritizing office phone calls. She is also quite loud when speaking to you, broadcasting your queries to everyone in the waiting area.Pro: The Dentist does have good bedside manners, & seems knowledgeable.Con: She will sometimes lecture you, & unfortunately has a habit of interjecting her thoughts & suggestions, instead of actively listening & comprehending what you are asking her.Pro/ Con: She will eventually listen, but may possibly interrupt you again, attempting to complete your thoughts.I do understandably feel this is done in an attempt to expeditiously treat all her patients, but seems counteractive when you have to repeat your question.Otherwise, if those slight cons are not issues for you or you can overlook them, she seems kind, & does good work. She also does not try to upsell additional work, as many other Dentists do.

Hello, this is my first time visiting this office and let me tell you I usually don’t leave any reviews but they earned it they were very nice the dr didn’t make me feel bad about anything like other dentist usually make you feel when you need work done (trust me when I say I’ve had that problem before) she listen to me and helped me with what I needed she wasn’t rude at all and was willing to help. Thanks so far I will stay in this office. I recommend her 100%

The front staff is warm and excellent. From my interaction on the phone, to actual appointment the team was so friendly. The facility is clean, spacious and beautiful. What I love, which I thought was very clever; they have their TVs on the ceiling so when you are laying back in the exam chair the TV is there to distract you from the temporary discomfort you may feel at the moment.Dr. Sachdev and team is very warm, welcoming and thorough in their explanations. I found a dentist office that I feel comfortable and will stick with.

The complete facility the staff and specially the Doctor provides outstanding services, the way they welcome once enter in there facility, follow up for the appointment and keeping up to date with treatment, it's amazing service, my complete family utilize there services.Mohammed Rahman

Staff was polite. Office was immaculately clean. Had over an hour wait after my appointment time. Dentist was professional in behavior and technique. Modern, minimalistic office and procedure/exam rooms.Update 7/22- came early, was taken in early for X-rays and was promptly seen by dentist. Examined and teeth cleaned and fluoride treatment in under 10 mins. Prompt professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

Experienced an abrupt tooth breakage during holiday weekend. Closed on Fri day but open every other Saturday. New patient also begged for immediate appt but to no avail. Kelly called me with a cancellation and could have flown to the office and received temporary filling until next appt. The day after Holiday. So thankful for immediate service and professionalism. They cared.

Friendly staff and a great doctor. They took me as a last minute patient. I had a bad toothache, I called other Dental practices and they told me it would be a few days. So I guess I have to stay in pain for a few days. I called these kind people (ultimate smile) and they had me in there office about 2 hours later. Thank you so much. You have a customer for life.Bo
