I had a wonderful experience at this office. The doctor always explained every step of the process and made his recommendations but ultimately allowed me to decide which treatment I wanted to move forward with. I never felt pressured. The staff is amazing and the Manager is probably the best I have seen in a medical office. She is responsive, always alert at what’s happening in the office and stepping in when she needs to. The wait time is average and you never feel rush during your appointment. Highly recommended.

They're really good, very professional. I go to the WNY location and honestly was never given trouble at all. Whatever concerns I have they automatically attend to or even keep an eye out. Love it.
