Wish we can go over 5 stars. 5 star is not enough to express my gratitude with the staff in this office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out this was the BEST experience I have ever had at a doctors office. The doctors the staff everyone is so welcoming, caring and in such a great mood. Seems like everyone who works here love their job. I highly recommend this Orthodontist and if I had a great experience can imagine how great they are with kids.

This is such an awesome group of orthodontists - absolutely go here if you live in or near West Palm Beach. I went to a few orthodontists beforehand to get different opinions about Invisalign. McCranels was quick and efficient while also taking the time to answer all of my questions. They did not make me feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. I trust their experience and guidance knowing that they have their patients best interest in mind. I'm really happy I waited to find the best orthodontist in the area before making such a big decision and purchase.

The absolute best! You know you’ve found the most professional and family-friendly orthodontist in town when you actually look forward to going to your appointments. The doctors and staff are incredibly professional, but they’re also so much more than that. They make you feel like family and the most important patient to step through their doors. I recently completed Invisalign treatment with this office- the staff was so incredibly kind, professional and even took time before or after normal hrs to see me( my schedule as a flight attendant can get crazy!)Dr. Scott addressed each of my concerns with care and kindness, he even gave me a few pointers to create that perfect smile and make me look younger- who doesn’t appreciate that as an adult. I get so many compliments on the plane and I have Scott and his great team to thank. There is not a week that goes by without me mentioning him to passengers, fellow co workers or a quick text to say thank you because someone compliments my smile. So much so that my mom will be a patient when she gets back from her vacation. the team that Scott has created makes you feel welcome: you enter that office as a new patient and you leave as family. I can not say enough good things about this office! Dr. Scott and Dr. Alvarez are an amazing team. My family has been coming here for 15 years. My brother got his braces here when he was younger and now our little sister is a new patient and nothing has changed always amazing. As soon as we found out my sister needed braces my mom didn’t hesitate to call and make an appointment. We hadn’t been back in years, but as soon as we walked in the new office is beautiful the ladies in the front are so welcoming and the dental assistant was super sweet. Will always recommend Dr. Scott and his office to everyone.

I came here for Invisalign treatment - Wish they offered allllllll dental services! The first visit is complimentary, and before the appointment was over, I was already ready to write a check. I will write a follow up review after treatment is complete.The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I felt safe and right at home. I would recommend this practice to anyone. The office is clean, and the staff is very informative. They let you know what to expect every step of the way. Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Scott were very personable and Nancy took such great care of me.15/10 would recommend!

Finding McCranels Orthodontics was a huge game changer for my kids and for myself... Not only are both Dr. Scott & Dr. Alvarez knowledgeable and caring doctors but they also have the most fun and charismatic team in the business! From the moment you arrive, everyone works together to make sure you feel at home.After not getting the results we desired from a general dentist, we are proof of the difference it makes to work with specialists who are focused on a patient’s best possible outcome. We can’t thank them enough for all of our perfect smiles!

Both of my sons are patients here and love it! Their teeth have made amazing progress in just the short time we have been coming here. The office staff is super nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and runs very smoothly. Both orthodontists are very nice and excellent with children. A prior consult with a different orthodontist wanted my son to wear headgear and have teeth pulled. These orthodontists said it is not necessary but may take a little longer to achieve results. So glad I got a second opinion. Their teeth look great!! I cannot say enough nice things about this office, orthodontists and staff.

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is super nice, you can definitely feel the joy shared around this place. The doctors are super knowledgeable and helpful. The building is super clean and so beautiful. From the moment I walked in, greeted with smiling faces to the moment I walked out, feeling like I was part of a new family.
