On the Go Braces

Great service at an affordable price!!Update: My braces were taken off today after two years of service. Everything was going great until I realized my braces were not going to be taken off until the balance was fully paid (not communicated when I signed my contract with The SmileStore). My old contract stated that permanent retainers were included but with On The Go Braces, I was only going to get the TOP Permanent retainers which I guess it’s better than nothing (the doctor was going to add a note on the account but I guess he forgot) I was told to come back today after removing the top braces a few hours later to get the retainers and I’m given the plastic removable ones. The staff is great but communication with the customers is just not good. I will not be getting the top permanent retainers because I can’t keep taking time off from work for this. (I have been coming in every two weeks for a while thinking my braces were going to come off, only to get the braces loosen up and my teeth moving again) If you’re going to use this place make sure to read the contract and pay the balance as soon as possible so you don’t get stuff with braces for years!

Horrible never no one NEVER ANSWER the phone at any location. If you have an emergency you are out of luck like how I am now. Would never recommend to no one!!!!!!!!!!!!Part 2: I got a called from a manager by the name of Jessica who threatened to discontinue my child’s service because of the review I posted. I was informed that if I don’t take down the review above down, that my son can no longer receive his treatment. After the frustration and the disrespect that I feel, I thought about finding another facility and provider who treats their patients with love and care and not just about the image portrayed.Thanks to Kanisha who is very understanding and knows how to have a proper respectful conversation, I will continue care. Kenisha the only reason I am changing my 1star review to 3. Hopefully they can fix this answering phone situation at the end of the day this is a business busy or not someone should be answering the phone firming business hours you never know what emergency a patient is having at the moment given.

Highly recommend! 🤩This place is amazing! Clean, friendly and leadership that is attentive and receptive to their patients needs and wants. When speaking to their patients they take their time and give you individualized attention. I also appreciate their integrity and transparency when setting expectations.Also I have witnessed the dynamics of their patients includes those with disabilities and they have been top notch with both equity and inclusion. Its a wonderful place to experience breaking the typical cliche of "hating the dentist". We look forward to going.Thank you all the staff! 🙏💗😊

This is one of the worst Orthodontist i've ever been to! They are not consistent when it comes to the patient treatment plans. Every visit, you'll have a different person in your mouth, the Doctor leaves in the middle of the day, so if the "trainee" has any questions or need directions from him, he's already gone. They don't take pictures to track the progress of your treatment, neither does the doctor sit down and tells you what's going on. They are never on time, always behind schedule and once the receptionist has checked in everyone, she leaves-so there is no one available to schedule your next appointment and no one is going to call you back to make sure that you are scheduled. The staff/trainees are always busy talking to each other while they are in your mouths. They charge your card twice for the month, i have a set fee, at a set date and they charge my card twice back to back days. Nobody answers the phone, so don't even bother trying to call expecting to get someone, oh and they don't return calls or messages. I wished i never came here for my treatment! When the Doctor had his small practice on Northlake, it was much better. The place ran professionally, i really don't know what went wrong now that he's at this school, it seems like nobody cares! I recommended a friend here and she now regrets it and so do i. I will never recommend anyone to come to this office! I'm in the process of switching to a more "admirable and respectful orthodontist who's honest, not just in it for the money but wants to help his patient achieve the great smile they deserve. I really do hope someone reads this review and try to make some changes to this office because if they continue like this, they will lose a lot of patient, unless they do not care!

Went because a friend told me about it and don’t think I would go back! I called multiple times on different days and never once got someone to pick up the phone so I decided to schedule via email. They made the apt for Friday at 4. I made sure I left work early to get there on time and went in and told the receptionist that I’m here for an appointment she told me to check in I was assuming she would check me in so I'm looking confused and she then she simply said find your name, I didn’t so I said it’s not there she asked me if I’m a new pt and I said yes so long story short I was scheduled incorrectly no apology was given all she did was kept trying to find out why was I was scheduled and saying if I had called she wouldn’t have made the apt so late because the dr isn’t here and I could only say no one ever answered the phone so it doesn’t make sense she try to find out and out the blame on someone. She didn’t even try to get the name of who made the apt so she can address it and to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.Update:Jessica the officer manger saw my review and reached out to me apologizing and just changed my entire opinion on the place so I’m going to give it try because no one ever reaches out to you and apologizes for the inconvenience or the misunderstanding and I think that was very thoughtful. Shows that she prioritizes the patients.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at On The Go Braces with Dr. Savastano! The clinic's atmosphere is both welcoming and impeccably clean, putting me at ease the moment I walked in. Dr. Savastano is a true professional, combining expert knowledge with genuine care for his patients. He thoroughly explained my treatment options, allowing me to make an informed decision with confidence. The entire team is wonderful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. My Two daughters have been coming to get their teeth/braces done with Dr Savastano since he were at the north lake location. His practice is very welcoming. Each time my girls had to return to get their braces fixed him and his staff got the job done and my girls left very happy each time. I’m so happy he was able get a bigger space at the new location it’s super nice. The receptionist Kaneasha was also very helpful and nice and informative about everything that was going to take place. I would absolutely recommend others to visit On The Go Braces.

I got the best night guard “On the Go Braces”Excellent technology with a pen reader, they scanned my jaw without any discomfort or pain. Bitchmay's attention was amazing and delicate. The place is super clean and quiet. In less than a month they called me to pick it up. Not only is it the best but it fit perfectly like never before.One of the girls who gave me my night guard explained to me how to clean it in detail. Couldn't be better!
