Gersch Orthodontics

Unfortunately, after a year of back and forth with this office I have no choice but to leave a bad review. Every time I brought my son in for treatment, Dr Gersch would make a comment that would contradict what he said during the last visit. We lost faith in him after one year. My son was supposed to have Invisalign for 10 months. His case went on for 4 years and we still have an issue with his bite that isn’t fixed. I see another person claiming they have had an issue with their bite due to this Dr’s poor judgement. I caution everyone to avoid this practice. We went to see another provider who informed us Invisalign should never be used that long since it damaged the teeth themselves. I don’t recommend this practice whatsoever. There are many more qualified orthodontists in the area.

Honestly, I didn't know anyone could really *enjoy* going to the orthodontist until I went to Gersch. After losing my retainer as a teen, my teeth had shifted, and I wanted to explore Invisalign. Dr. Rossignol was my first point of contact and she has been great through my process! I love that Dr. Gersch called the evening I started my Invisalign just to check in and see how everything was feeling. The office staff is also so incredibly friendly and customer service forward! Gersch Ortho is a one-of-a-kind practice, and I am so happy I chose them.

Our family was referred to Gersch Orthodontics by our local family dentist. It was the best recommendation ever! Upon our first appointment with Dr. Gersch our son and daughter were greeted with ease and friendly smiles. Everything was explained in thorough detail so we all understood the plan of action. My daughter has a palate expander and my son has braces. The appointments are easy to make and they're always on time with their patients, which is a huge plus! They love to appreciate their patients and families as well! We just enjoyed a fun visit with an ice cream truck!! I order a replacement pair of retainers and only received 1 part. I was very upset. But they did the right thing by reaching out to me and placed a order for a whole new set. That showed me the dedicated they genuinely have for their customers. Thank you very much! I will be stopping by Thursday !

We have been using Gersch Orthodontics for about one year now. I have to say, as a small business owner myself, I am blown away by the care and incredible customer service here. Every time I enter, I am greeted with a smile and a genuine, friendly, hello. Every time my son has something wrong with his braces ( most of the time from eating foods he’s not supposed to be) they literally jump through hoops to accommodate my schedule. A few weeks ago one of the doctors came in on a Sunday just to see him and yesterday they squeezed him in to adjust something before he leaves for the summer. My son’s teeth are looking beautiful! I can’t say enough good things. If you are debating, come here! You will not be disappointed!

Just finished my treatment today and got my retainer I can’t stop smiling with my new beautiful smile but I also cannot stop thinking about and wanted to share the experience at Gersch so long story short my neighbor referred us since her daughters used Gersch the first phone call was a breeze Adriana the manager which you would never know is the manager so gorgeous so humble so professional so kind she was so good on the phone and give me an appointment the same week which was a plus for a busy mom like me Her tone of voice the attitude you can feel all on a phone call and let me tell you that call was what got me even more excited to get into my first appointment So I got the appointment for my daughter but when I got there I had to get treatment for myself too I couldn’t help it 😀 and since we’re paying out of pocket we got a family discount And started treatment right away amazing amazing amazing The place is so clean their constantly cleaning like I don’t think there’s a place cleaner than Gersch and the moment you walked in there’s basically young and old are so happy with Gersch that you have to have a family treatment and there’s never a waiting time I’m terrible with appointments time since I work nights not a day goes by for all those treatments years that the office personnel were upset or showing attitude face and let me tell you your tone of voice and facial expressions speak for itself and at Gersch everyone loves their job it’s more like a family place than anything in my view cuz you feel right at home you’re in a chair your daughter or son is in another we both getting life changing treatment what’s better than that?!. Dr Gersch is so family oriented I mean the people doesn’t even have to Bragg us as patients just proud of them and can do that for them. Cleanliness- Professionalism- Caring - kindness.. never once an attitude it’s like they understand you’re life is busy their only job is to make you smile and feel happy . It’s never crowded which I love love never more than 4 people there and it’s a big office. The appointment are specially designed for you. The comfort through it all is mind blowing. I have so much to say but nothing can explain this feeling unless you see for yourself. I’m even happier my kids still have treatment so I get to see them again. That’s the feeling at Gersch ortho I can’t stop smiling today my gaps are gone I have the most beautiful smile and I feel amazing it’s a beautiful feeling. I feel like I can conquer the world with just one smile. But my god the end result is why I’m here today writing this 📖 Visit was smooth I can’t stop looking in the mirror my teeth feels lighter like load has been lifted yoff my shoulder 🤣 literally and it looks white and clean and beautiful 😍 I’m obsessed.
