There are few improvements which could be made...1. They need to have an option to cancel an appointment. They send messages to confirm and call to reschedule. If you don't reschedule, you are fined $50. I wish the practice has options to cancel aoopointments too.2. The appointments are not honored on time. If I have an appointment at 11 am, I arrive at 10.55 am and still need to be sitting in the lobby atleast until 11.20 am until someone comes and takes me in. I have this experience all the time I am there. I wish they stuck to timings.3. This experienced is first time in the practice. Ideally the people are good professionals. But this lady in particular did the entire dental cleaning in about 20 Mins. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the time she walked me out of the room. She did not do anything apart from running that tiny machine with a toothpaste. I felt very awkward. Then she once again like the others put me up in the calendar for a future date so that I get stuck with this place.I am confident that there will be good professionals at all dental places. So this practice must do something to improve their ways of working.

Great dentist, easy scheduling, minimal pain, friendly office staff and hygienist. A bit concerned about the call I received after my appointment indicating my need to pay for charges relating to my crown. An overview of charges should've been discussed with me before the appointment to allow me the ability to decide and plan before being serviced. At present I'm unsure of how much the charges are but will call to find out tomorrow.

Absolutely amazing! As a new patient, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable in their care. Before visiting, I called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance, and the receptionist was very helpful and responsive, and even called me back promptly with my information. When I got there, I was greeted by everyone immediately! (I recommend you do your paperwork online before you get there.) Ms.Angela did my cleaning, and she helped guide me through my anxiety during the process, a very kind and patient soul. Afterwards I met with Dr.Holly, whom answered all of my questions and was overall very welcoming and informative! Never once did I feel rushed, judged or uncomfortable. Everyone was kind, including the receptionists, and I recommend to anyone who thinks of coming here.
