Great dentist, easy scheduling, minimal pain, friendly office staff and hygienist. A bit concerned about the call I received after my appointment indicating my need to pay for charges relating to my crown. An overview of charges should've been discussed with me before the appointment to allow me the ability to decide and plan before being serviced. At present I'm unsure of how much the charges are but will call to find out tomorrow.

Absolutely amazing! As a new patient, they made me feel very welcome and comfortable in their care. Before visiting, I called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance, and the receptionist was very helpful and responsive, and even called me back promptly with my information. When I got there, I was greeted by everyone immediately! (I recommend you do your paperwork online before you get there.) Ms.Angela did my cleaning, and she helped guide me through my anxiety during the process, a very kind and patient soul. Afterwards I met with Dr.Holly, whom answered all of my questions and was overall very welcoming and informative! Never once did I feel rushed, judged or uncomfortable. Everyone was kind, including the receptionists, and I recommend to anyone who thinks of coming here.

Always a great experience, great staff and very caring hygienists, thanks Michelle for making me feel comfortable for over a decade. Doctor Holly has taken over with the retirement of Doctor Feret and wow we have another pleasant, caring and skillful professional, how lucky my wife and I are to have found this practice so many years ago.

Dr. Holly is now leading the team at Westfield Smiles!! I dreaded dental visits before I found Westfield Smiles. They specialize in fearful patients, but what I found was they are also top notch professionals in their field of dental health and how it relates to overall health. I knew Dr Holly had to be top caliber because of Dr. Feret, and what I knew of his standards. So his endorsement of Dr. Holly was the best recommendation anyone could receive . I love the team at Westfield smiles, and I welcome Dr. Holly wholeheartedly. They have always followed the latest science and research that informs their practice. My experience with Dr. Fanous at Westfield Smiles was absolutely perfect in every way. I’ve been to many dentists and after my last one retired I took my 3 young children to see her. As a provider myself, I am always observant of the staff, the ease of the check-in process, and the warmth of the treating doctor. I must say I was so impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner. My kids were instantly drawn to her and she truly made their experience at the dentist a pleasant one, a big win in my book! I highly recommend Dr. Fanous and her entire staff!

Dr. Fanouse was very thorough, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortableswitching to a new dentist after having been a patient of Dr. Feret for well over a decade.She applied novocaine very slowly, in increments, so I didn’t have more than I needed but still did not feel discomfort.I felt (and still do) completely fine quite quickly after having a temporary crown put in yesterday.Dr. Fanouse is friendly, easy to talk with and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.The staff is also excellent and friendly; I’ve been coming to this practice, as has my wife, since we moved to Westfield years ago.Steve R (Barbara is my wife)

From the minute you walk in the door, there is a friendly face greeting you. The hygienists are excellent and very caring. Dr. Holly is so friendly, if you have or had a fear of dentists, he makes them go away...smiling, discussing the weather, and little things about your personal like that helps him get to know you better. I have not one negative thing to say about this dental practice and the people who work there.

This office is wonderful. My husband and I have been going to this office for the last 7 yeas and we absolutely LOVE Westfield Smiles!!! The staff is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great parking options, easy to find and great location.The hygienists are always ready for you when you get there and always have a great attitude. The office staff is so personable, flexible and they feel like family. The whole ambience in the office is fantastic. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.I’ve worked with almost all of the hygienist and they are all wonderful. My current hygienist is Ana. She is wonderful, engaging and has the best personality. We became fast friends. That says ALOT!!!We were referred to this office by Kelner Periodontics who also are always professional knowledgeableI don’t trust anyone else with my dental needs while I live in NJ. Although Dr. Feret retired, Dr. Holly, and all of the dentists are fantastic.Look no further Westfield Smiles is your place.

This is a good dental practice with high standards. There’s a huge difference between going here and other dentists I have seen in the past.Dr. Holly who I see is excellent and the assistants/hygienists have all been gentle and most importantly kind.
