Westlake Oral and Plastic Surgery

I honestly don't know where to beginning. I had a fall and knocked my front tooth up into my gums. I thought the tooth was knocked out. My first thought was to go to the dentist but when I got there I was told I needed an oral surgeon. Dr. M. took me right in, fit me into his schedule and wired (splinted) my tooth. I had 4 follow up appointments over the next 3 months and the staff there was amazing for every appointment. Reassuring me through each process.I was prepared for the worst and long process for recovery but Dr. M was able to save my tooth and prevented having to have an implant. My review could never give Dr. M and his staff the praise they deserve in a few words. Highly recommend.

It is always a pleasure to go to see Dr. Nik. Everyone in this office is professional, concerned for the patient’s comfort and just wonderful.I have had a dozen implants done by Dr. Nik. I cannot sing his praises enough!He is the BEST!!!Thank you all at Westlake Oral!

I am sorry to say I’ve had more oral surgery than I ever thought I would or could.I am happy to say that this place is the absolute best!!! From my first call I was treated like family. I Had a painful cracked root from an old post and the tooth had to be extracted. The staff is fabulous and the easy 3D imaging showed all the information.Dr.Newton was very straight forward, had my complete history from the very easy on line patient registration forms so his questions were 90% covered. The quick and easy evaluation was right on. As the tooth was infected an antibiotic prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away.The extraction? Easier than a cleaning! Painless local anesthetic, great assistants, good music and Dr. Newton did a great job. We were totally done one hour from the time I walked onto the office!I'm writing this in less than 48 hours afterward and I'm feeling great. Next up, implant prep.Thanks to everyone !!12-14-23After taking the summer for cataract surgery I was able to return for my implant. Easier than a cleaning and a wonderful experience. Painless, no swelling, no bleeding to speak of. All in all what a great group!Thanks again!!2-13-24For my final visit to confirm the condition of my post being ready to accept the crown, It's just crazy to say I'll miss visiting the office, but what a great staff! Excellent facility. Staff very helpful and professional. My surgeon Dr Lytle is very skilled and I am glad to be his patient. Dr Sarkisian is wonderful and very reassuring and relieved my anxiety at once.Today was my post extraction check up, and Dr Lytle gave me reassurance that all is well. I like his conservative approach and empathy.

Seriously if I could give 10 stars I would . From the initial meeting with Dr. Sarkisian to the follow up everything was great. My adult son is on the spectrum and has never had anesthesia. Dr. Sarkisian calmed my fears and made my son feel comfortable and secure with his decision to remove wisdom teeth. One was impacted. This entire experience was incredible. I am and have already recommended her for ALL oral surgeon needs. The office staff and assistants and associates were very kind and professional. What a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much. My son cannot wait to get braces now.

He was also very sensitive to my concern about how my pre-existing dental issue was going to be resolved. He demonstrated great patience and empathy in responding to a series of questions I had posed. It is my experience that Dr. Lytle and the other specialists in the practice are committed to giving their patients the utmost in care, and they have nurtured this quality in every member of the team. Dr Lyttle and his exceptional staff were terrific! Had many challenges getting my pre-op done ( due to how our medical facilities have all changed since Covid interrupted our lives) Amanda and Isabel were so patient and kind. Unfortunate that I found myself in a situation a year ago where I required the skills, expertise, experience, and top-line capital equipment and instruments that are possessed by Westlake Oral and Plastic Surgery but fortunate that I was referred to such a highly professional, competent, friendly and compassionate organization in this special time of need.It was one year ago I required a 3.5 Hour-Surgery, for Extractions, Infected Bone Removal, Bone Grafts, and Dental Implants; the results have been OUTSTANDING. I Feel so Spiritually BLESSED to have been referred to such an outstanding Practice in search of a solution that I was certain would have to be less than 100% successful and that would, Best-Case, end up being some combination of painful and cosmetically and functionally disappointing. WRONG, WRONG, and WRONG. A Surgical Dentistry Team from Heaven with BEAUTIFUL results and an unbelievably noneventful 12-week healing process, that included a beautiful “Fixed Temporary” that screwed into just robotically installed Posts - thank you Dr. Nik (Dr. Nikchevich) and Dr. Nishimura.So here we go again; Now after nine months of enjoying the feel and functionality of “Fixed” Implants another situation where I required the skill set of Dr. Nik and his Cobot (Collaborative Robot); BUT thankfully, this time, JUST an extraction and an implant and a temporary. I say JUST, because for Dr. “Nik” (Nikchevich) and his incredible surgical team, an extraction, implant, and temporary, are a quick procedure that is over before you know it and has so few side affects that you have to wonder if it really happened. Literally and spiritually: Thank You God, and Thank you "Westlake Oral and Plastic Surgery"!One Side-Note: This Dental Surgical Team has great 'Comedic Timing'; You won't be able to laugh because Surgery is going on in your mouth; but they will keep you comfortable and have you laughing enough Inside that the time will fly-by.
