Gentle Teeth & Braces

For me, my son's visit to follow up his orthodontic treatment was not satisfactory, it turns out that it was his second control appointment where it was known that he should be seen by Dr. Samuel and he did not even show up to see him, one of his assistants attended us and although she was very kind, she did not know how to adjust the type of self-ligating brackets that my son has, even when I told her that they were not traditional and do not require the use of rubber bands. She also did not make the consultation with the specialist and put him in garters. It makes me think that the specialist does not show up to check on his patients and also that he does not teach his assistants how to proceed in the case of self-ligating brackets. I am not satisfied with the service.

I am very happy with my treatment, my ortho girls, I love them, they are sweet, Roxy/Maggy are very special, they make you laugh, they make you feel good like family, I brought my son as a new patient and he was delighted because with. The love that they take care of you .they are all good girls, kind, sweet and very professional….. love them

We had a great experience at the office visit! Dr Ali and his team are the best!They bring a very relaxed atmosphere to the office and making the patient feel comfortable and at ease! I would recommend this place to anyone, specially my family and friend! Our previous dentist of 20+ years retired. Now we are so happy we found Dr Ali.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable :-) office is clean and well managed throughout. I am so happy I found a dentistry that offers services for the whole family with us being able to all be seen the same days to avoid future trips. Thank you Dr. Ali and Dr. Samuel, you guys are great! Looking forward to my son getting started with his braces soon.

Gentle Teeth in Weston is the best! I’m so happy I found this office. My son is not the easiest patient to work with and he had some dental work that needed to be done. The doctor was kind and made my son feel comfortable the entire time. He was patient and communicated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this office. The office staff and hygienists were all caring and kind. I’m very thankful for their patience, care, and professionalism. Thank you!!

I cannot say nice enough things about Dr. Ali and his staff! I have recommended him to any family member or friend that needs a new dentist. He has such a great bedside manner. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explain everything he was doing thoroughly. His assistant was so comforting and Sophia was extremely helpful with answering any questions I had in regards to my treatment plan.
