At the age of 74 I have a true Dental Phobia.You can only imagine my fear when Dr.Nancy Lee had to remove one of my molars and a bridge.I chose to take an anxiety pill and to have nitris oxide administered.Nevertheless I was SO scared.Dr Lee was so reassuring and told me all would be well and not to worry.Not only did her words inspire a calming effect but I was completely unaware that she even took my Bridge and Tooth out !!! True story.Not only is my wife a patient of Dr.Nancy Lee .....but so are our two grandsons !And I want to say a BIG thank you to Dr.Lee's staff and assistant who are all SO very professional !FYI ~ I found Dr.Nancy Lee on the internet while searching for a new DDS in the Weston area.It was her website that so impressed bc it was so professionally done !My family loves Dr. Lee ❤️February 2024

I was recommended to come here a while ago and never got the chance, and wish I had come sooner. Office has a very calm atmosphere, clean and inviting. Dr Lee was amazing! So kind and patient with me. My teeth are very sensitive and she kept making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way and took time to answer any questions I had in a detailed manner. The staff was very nice as well so easy to make an appointment. So happy to have found them!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee at SmileFolk for about 5 years now. She’s changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. It used to be something I dreaded. Now I don’t mind it because she does such a good job that there’s no reason to avoid it. She has a beautiful office, a great staff, fair pricing and you actually get to see her. Other offices you see the dentist on your initial visit and only assistants there after. She doesn’t do that to you. I highly recommend her, just don’t take my 8am’s.

Dr. Lee and staff always go above and beyond to provide excellence. From the first phone call to entering the office you are transported into a spa like setting. The calming beautiful aesthetics of their waiting area is like something out of Vogue. Once you’re called in your visit is made comfortable and amicable I always opt for their warm mask. I told you it’s spa like. Before you leave you’re given a breakdown of services rendered and if there are any financial obligations it’s all explained. They go above and beyond. Dr Lee makes you feel like family or an old friend. She’s caring and has excellent bed side manners. If I had to go there more than twice a year I would do it willingly and without hesitation. I recommend Smilefolk to anyone willing to drive here. You won’t regret it. You will wonder what took you so long to find it.

As an employee and patient from Smilefolk, I can see both perspectives and I can definitely say that as much as Dr. Lee and staff are incredible as a team, they are phenomenal when it comes to taking care of the patient’s oral health, they make you feel super comfortable and at home! In addition to that, the office is beautiful, organized, and clean. Truly 100% recommend it!

First, the office staff are all kind and communicative. When the office staff is happy, that's a sign of good management. The staff treat patients very well. It's a good atmosphere.Second, the doctor actually saw me, worked on me herself, explained in detail and educated me. I used to go somewhere that I never saw the dentist for a couple years. Only hygienists (who were good, I'm not shorting them). But it is nice to go to the dentist and see the dentist. When the dentist is patient, and takes the time to educate patients, and has the willingness and ability to explain simply, that's rare and deeply appreciated.Third, the billing is exceptional. I used to go somewhere that I'd get an expected estimate, then when I went to pay it was all changed (more) because "well we had to...." Here they told me in advance, and when I went to pay, it was exactly as they told me -- and then they gave me a DETAILED printout of services rendered on beautiful stationary. Heartwarming!Fourth, these are nice people and the office is gorgeous. Nothing not to like here (except that it means going to The Dentist, LOL).

Honestly the best dentist experience I ever had! The staff at the front was wonderful. The office was very modern, state of the art new equipment, and Dr. Lee was probably the best dentist I’ve had. You can tell she was passionate about what she does. Great conversation, and no trying to upsell you over and over like other offices do! I always have anxiety going to the dentist, but no more! Thanks Dr. Lee and team!

The doctor and staff at Smilefolk get 10 stars out of 5 from me! Super nice, kind, responsive front desk, and the doctor is caring and great at what she does. I went to her after moving to the area 2 years ago. I originally saw another dentist who wanted to do 2 crowns and 4 fillings, so I went to Smilefolk for a second opinion. The doctor took a look at my xray, did an examination, and turned out I didn't need anything at all. I've been coming back over the past couple years and have received only the best dental care. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my teeth, period!

What a lovely experience at Smilefolk. Staff is warm and helpful. I Didn’t have to wait to go in like at other offices I’ve been to in the past (very timely with their appointments). Dr. Lee takes her time and makes you feel right at home. Normally, I am anxious when visiting the dentist, but I felt completely at ease in their establishment. 5/5.

Was looking for a new Dental Home , came across smilefolk and THEY WERE THE BEST. From the receptionist at the counter , to the assistant and most definitely the Dr , were all nothing short of amazing. Believe the reviews , I’ve definitely found my Dentist. The honesty and assurance that I would be handle with care and all my concerns would be addressed, was beyond my expectations. Many dental offices try to take advantage of you , but not here. And that alone made my day.
