The entire staff was very professional & efficient. The only negative was the price. My insurance covers 50%. I paid $334 to have a tooth extracted. After the numbing took affect the actual extraction took less than 5 minutes.

Dr Cho is an absolute gem!! I’m beyond pleased with not only his expertise but also in his incredible bedside manner. If you need major dental work done, I implore you to go here. You will NOT be disappointed. I had three extractions and two implants done in one day and couldn’t be happier.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted in December. First, I think Dr. Cho did a great job since some of them were impacted. My lips are 90-95% back to normal depending on the day, I can sense minor tingling if I paid attention. My experience with everyone else was mediocre at best. I almost wish they had kiosks instead to not bring up my expectation of personal interactions at medical offices. I'm not sure if I would recommend this office for impacted cases as you will not receive the care and informative assistance that you may need throughout the process.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth removed on Friday. Procedure was smooth and we finished earlier than anticipated! Dr.Cho is extremely experienced and highly knowledgeable. I had high anxiety before the surgery procedure but he calmed me down by telling me a few nice stories and made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t even realize when I dozed off and next minute I’m up and the surgery is done. Not much pain, so far. Surely seems important to follow post-op instructions. I got a nice ice pack wrap to put around my head/jaw and some gauze as well. I highly recommend riverside oral surgery and Dr. Cho!! So glad I got this done and thank you for encouraging me!

Dr. Sung Hee Cho is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. My doctor (who is the top Head & Neck cancer doctor out of Mt Sinai, NY) recommended Dr. Cho who in turn knew my doctor. Dr. Cho has extracted 10 of my families teeth. He is great. Every single time. This time it was me with a very painful abcess. He and his staff are helpful, quick caring and easy to schedule with. Very knowledgeable and a true professional.

This practice was highly recommended by another doctor and I can see why. The entire appointment process was seamless and everything was explained thoroughly, from medical terminology to follow up billing expectations before the next appointment is event booked. Dr. Cho takes his time with patients and is super personable. In fact, all the staff is lovely, so much so that patients sing their praises in the hallways even after leaving the office. What a great team. 100% recommend.

I was very anxious before my appointment due to past experience with dentist.But the staff in the office and clinical support at chair side made such a difference for me easing my tension. All explained steps in process and assisting in getting info needed prior to visit Then Dr Cho really made me comfortable and even laugh ,which really calmed me down and feel confident in what was ahead for me and my dental needs.
