The service quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.Nicolas at the front desk and all the staff is very professional. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

I have been coming here for about 2 years, and throughout my time with ismile, they have continued to be kind, courteous, and helpful. The front desk always greets me by name, is efficient and welcoming. Nicholas and Jessica are lovely, and Dr Matt is a great, knowledgeable and professional doctor. Thank you ismile for making my invisalign experience so positive!

I've been going here for almost two years now and I must say their service is amazing! The process is moving quickly and every appointment is very quick as long as it's a simple tightening. The staff at the front desk are great and very kind. Nicolas is one I've noted over my time here. The doctors and the orthodontists as well. I cant imagine how my braces journey would be if I didn't find iSmile orthodontics.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and half now and every time is a great experience. The staff is really good, the facility is super clean and all the doctors and specialists are so nice. Wesley is very professional and friendly. He always makes me feel comfortable and always asks before I leave if there’s a wire sticking out or poking the inside of my mouth to ensure everything is correct before I get up from the chair. I appreciate that. You won’t regret getting work done here or sending your family and friends here.

Ismile orthodontics has been great! Doctor Mat is wonderful, my daughters experience thus far has been wonderful. Today we had Enzo who assisted Dr. Mat His energy was positive and pleasant. He chatted and joked with my 11 year old which made her feel comfortable and relaxed. Their professionalism throughout this process has been unmatched. I highly recommend Ismile

I completed my Invisalign treatment at iSmile White Plains and have had such a pleasant experience throughout all my appointments! Nick at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. Maribel is thorough with instructions and always made me feel comfortable throughout treatment. All the orthodontists are extremely knowledgeable and proficient. I am very pleased with my results!

Took my daughter in for a consultation.X-rays and pictures went by quick. Was told they were gonna check with my insurance to see if the work is going to cover and give me a call back once everything was in place. My insurance approved but never received a phone call from the orthodontist to schedule an appointment

I started my invisalign journey is 2020 and I chose iSmile for my care. The staff if fantastic, especially Nicholas, and my appointments were always very prompt. Even when I needed anything fixed or I was worried about anything they always tried to get me in at the very next appointment and worked around my work schedule. I highly recommend bringing anyone interested in invisalign to come here!

I've been through 3 doctors over 2 years unfortunately since they all overpromised and underdelivered but Dr. Nabipour from iSmile is the one! He's patient, thorough, empathetic. iSmile has been such a great help with my teeth being lined up and straight. Before I had gotten my braces my front teeth on the top row had a huge gap and my bottom front four were going behind each other. Now my teeth are straight🤗🤗Nicholas has been such a great help with me scheduling my appointments when I come to my appointments by myself 🤗🤗 Thank You!!
