The staff is amazing , really helpful and kind. I’ve been coming here now for 2 years and they’ve been nothing but great in my progress. Ivy at the front desk is very kind and helpful with any schedule conflicts and work well to ensure you can fit it into your busy life. The orthodontist is always on top and takes all of the patients seriously. In constant communication with oral surgeons and general dentist.!Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for oral treatment 🙌🏽

I had a great experience at OSWP. Staff is always courteous, helping and welcoming. My Orthodontist Belsida helped me a lot by giving me tips to ensure I maintain healthy teeth and gums. She was very gentle and explained each process with me. Thank you OSWP! The front desk receptionist always remembers my name and is always so welcoming. Really enjoy my experiences here, it’s the BEST!!

I was going to OSWP for a little over 2 years i was actually sad my braces came off (i know weird LOL) but i guess after wearing them for so long i got use to them it was never a dull moment going there my experience was great the problem i had with my teeth got fixed Dr Tina ,Tara,Ivy , girl with the freckles haha everyone played a part in getting my teeth fixed (THANK YOU) over all i had a great experience i recommend!!!!! :)Thanks Guys,Taj,

I really don't recommend you come here, they are a complete scam, they treat you well only when you are a new customer. They are only interested in your money and in making false promotions with discounts that they don't even give you. My mistake was not investigating first. I have seen many bad details on my braces. Last week I went for my regular checkup and when I got home my bracket fell out, I didn't eat I didn't make any effort and what the lady told me was come back again but if you don't want to go back it's okay it won't hurt you and It won't affect anything, I came back and they put it back in, but I investigated and of course it does give you pain and it affects the treatment. About 3 weeks ago I also called and Mrs. TARA treated me badly, she yelled at me and was super arrogant with me, I complained and she is the manager. People, don't go with them, I still have 2 years left and I've only been there for 2 months and they don't do a good job, they're terrible at what they do. Don't spend money here

I have been coming here since I was 11 & I always have a good professional experience. The people at the front desk are very understanding & try to make your appointment fit in your schedule. I come back time to time for new retainers & I have a life time plan for retainers which mean I can get new retainers just for $50 each, best decision i had made.

I attended this orthodontist clinic as a client for nearly a year. I could firmly say that the orthodontists in this orthodontist clinic are good at what they do. I have had no problems so far and they also do giveaways once and a while. I went to the orthodontist today and the orthodontist that attended me was name Vivian. Vivian did an awesome job and I left satisfied.

A few years ago they gave me braces, 5 minutes after leaving they fell apart. Went back to fix them and in the following weeks the back teeth things fell off, they may have been too tight, and it was painful to eat. Braces lasted 2 months, before I was fed up with it. Staff was kind, but the braces were awful. I was in high school and was careful to eat only what was recommended.
