I'm very happy with the excellent and professional staff. They have made my daughter feel safe and comfortable which is very Important to me. They were very informative on and after her Procedure. Brandon is very comforting and knowledgeable on things that have to do with billing and processing And Angie is great she gave me alot of information. I love this place and would recommend this Dentist to everyone.

Highly recommend! Dr. Washington is thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. The staff are friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Not only that but, some of the staff are bilingual, speaking spanish for those who need a better form of communication without a language barrier. Both the Harlem and White Plains offices are modernized and using the latest technology, which is always a plus! I was completely happy with my ortho treatment and the results! I will continue referring everyone to W Orthodontics and Central Park North Orthodontics! Do not second guess yourself. Dr. Washington should always be your first choice. You will not regret it! I promise!

I wish I could give this place a 11/10! I first went to their Harlem office about 10 years ago and was 100% satisfied with the treatment given to my daughter by Dr. Washington and his staff. Then, after deciding to get Invisalign for myself I knew there was no better place. Not only is Dr. Washington extremely professional, caring and kind, but so is his staff. I particularly appreciate Javal, who has many years with the team and is always so positive and welcoming! The Westchester location made it extremely easy to get to and parking is easy. Don't hesitate for a minute. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their smile. It is never too late!

Staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel safe under their care. Doctor Washington is very kind and fully informs the patient on every step of their treatment. He is responsive to whatever questions or concerns you have. Whole team feels like a family they really do go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful modern offices in both locations (Harlem & White Plains). I would highly recommend W Orthodontics to anyone considering it. :)

Really well run operation. Dr. is a great communicator and makes you feel very comfortable under his care.Office is on time and very efficient. Appointments are very quick but never rushed.

I removed one of my molars last year and after a couple months I realized I had crowding and shifting.....in other words my smile wasn't great anymore. I was encouraged by a friend to get braces. I was very reluctant at first but after my consultation with Dr Washington I was more comfortable with the idea of wearing braces.I have been wearing my braces for over 3 months and my smile has greatly improvedOverall friendly staff...clean environ and awesome Dr.Receptionist Sari and Jhanell are warm and friendly.

I highly recommend Dr. Washington and his warm and professional staff for all of your orthodontic needs. I had a complex issue that developed over the course of several years. I had thrusted my teeth with my tongue to the point where I wasn't able to make contact in the rear molars and so was experiencing some issues, including with digestion and issues with pain. In my initial consultation Dr. Washington was thorough and set forth a plan to correct the issue. He took the time to answer my questions and we got started that day. Not only were we able to correct the issue, but give me a near perfect smile, one I hadn't ever really had. The office is bright, accommodating, clean and easy to access. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Appointments are convenient and efficient. If ever I have another need for orthodontics, I will most certainly come to W Orthodontics. I can't recommend highly enough!!

I went in for a consultation for braces and was amazed by how professional and informative Dr.Washington and his assistant were. They showed me before and after pictures of previous patients and a computer generated animation of how the braces would work over the time period. The office it self was spacious, immaculate, and technology forward with tablets and macs all around.It was a very modern office.

Highly recommend! I completed my adult braces treatment with Dr. Washington from 2015-2017 (24 months). We finished on time. What was my dental issue: overcrowding of teeth. The entire process was as professional, informative and entertaining (kicking back to animated movies on Netflix is always a joy.) I highly recommend Dr. Washington and his staff to prospective patients looking for an efficient, caring and professional environment. PS: I moved to Boston in 2016 and made trips each month back to NYC just to stay with Dr. Washington. It is hard to find a skilled Orthodontist; one who takes the time to meticulously answer your questions and walk with you along your journey. Again, highly recommended.
