This office has a lot of people coming in and out of it at all times, it’s very busy.The doctors there are all great.The girls up front in the office are so friendly and kind.

Can’t believe my first step from the receptionist to the young girl who does the x-rays to the doctor , I should say wow. Professionals. I never leave reviews unless it’s really bad or really good. This place is worth it to experience your child’s journey. Let your child smile without covering her/his mouth with hand. Let them laugh 😁😁 all day at school. I started with my son three years ago and now it’s my daughter’s turn and I’m glad I chose this place. 👍🏻

Highly recommend coming here, they are great with kids. Both my children go here and they really like it, at times they're nervous with all the machinery and tools going in their mouth but the dental assistants are so caring to make them less nervous.2/3 orthodontists are great and explain everything in detail and are patient with all the questions and concerns I have regarding my kids.The front desk don't even get me started! They're amazing! Always a delightful experience with the front desk. Nicole, Shaneeza, and Andrea are the best. They're helpful, proficient with scheduling, even with appointments so far in advance. Always accommodating when I have to reschedule and getting me the best time to stay within my kids dental time line that doesn't conflict with their extra circulars or school.

My daughter has been coming here for the last 10 years, they are absolutely amazing. The office staff is great and always helpful in case we have an issue. The doctors are very thorough and always explain what they're doing and always are answering whatever questions that myself or my daughter has in reference to the service that they are doing.

Absolutely great experience! I highly recommended them. I have recommended many friends and they love it as well. The front desk is a real pleasure and are so helpful and the doctors are all so professional and are invested in the kids. I bring both my daughters a nine year old and 13 year old. They took the time to be thorough as they presented all options and answered our questions. Dr. Zak when above and beyond to clarify mine, and it made all the difference. Tha manager, Andrea, is also wonderful. Similarly she went out of her way to constantly communicate and accomodate us. She also provided further insight as to the process ensuring our understanding and comfort. An overall excellent experience thus far, and my son’s braces look and feel great!

If you’re looking for the best orthodontists around North Shore Orthodontics is the way to go! I send all my friends. My kids have been coming here for about 6 years. The front staff is absolutely amazing. Always smiling, helpful and accommodating. The back staff is friendly, thorough and extremely professional yet they make it fun. As for the doctors my kids teeth are perfect. Through the years we have seen all of them and they have all exceeded my expectations. Everyone always compliments my kids on how perfect their smiles are and I always tell them to run over to north shore orthodontists.
