Dr Walla and his entire staff are easily the best at what they do. I’ve never trusted a place as much as I do owl and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your orthodontics needs. For kids it’s a very confusing and uncomfortable circumstance that I makes easier and calm. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and environment at their locations . Get to Owl. We had the most amazing experience at Owl Orthodontics! We went to the Williamsville location each time and their staff was always friendly. Dr. Walla and his staff were patient and kind each time with my son. He looked forward to his appointments each month! We can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. I would recommend them to everyone!

I got my braces put on December 8th, 2020 and got them removed April 21st, 2022. To say the very least, I am 1000% satisfied with my new smile! All of the employees are extremely friendly, and they were so easy to talk to. Any concern I had, was addressed and taken care of, and any questions I had were answered. They were even cute enough to make me a goody bag as a congratulatory gesture for surviving wearing braces on the day of my removal! I highly recommend Owl Orthodontics for your orthodontic needs!!

Both my kids had braces at the same time. Owl was very kind and understanding and tried to schedule their appointments at the same time. Unfortunately they were at different levels so it didn’t always work out. If there ever was an issue they scheduled them right away. They did not rush the process and there were no hidden costs. I highly recommend Owl Orthodontics!!!

Our son started at Owl Orthodontics almost 3 years ago. They were very professional and caring from our first appointment, offered a very affordable payment plan, were patient with my son if he broke brackets and they set very realistic expectations from day one for our sons course of treatment and care. I get my Damon braces on next week and I couldn't be more excited. I am a music teacher and performer, and I've been extremely hesitant to get braces for years due to fear. Dr Wright and the treatment coordinator worked with me and made me feel at ease and very comfortable, and I liked how they didn't try to "strong arm" or get insistent the way other orthodontists have at an initial consultation. I'm very happy I chose Owl and if you're an adult that's been waiting to get braces on, I say go for it and look no further than this office.

Already receiving treatment somewhere else I came to Owl Orthodontics for a second opinion, My situation is complicated and I was nervous.Dr. Wright and staff were nice, professional, and most of all very knowledgeable. I have been here for a consultation so far but will be coming more often because my daughter needs braces. I loved how Traci interacted with my nervous 10 year old, she explained every step that was going to happen and made sure she was comfortable. Dr. Wright was so patient, explained and made sure I understood what the next steps were in the process. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured during the processes. My daughter Shemaiah has been patient of Owl Orthodontics since 2010 and they have been the most polite and professional staff that a parent could ask for. From her first retainer, braces and braces removal. Dr Wright and Dr. Molisani made each visit a pleasure. My daughters teeth are perfection. After our 4th appointment with Owl...we still continue to receive fast friendly service!!My daughter just had her braces put on a couple days ago. The staff was wonderful with her. The receptionist was very informative with me while I waited...answering many questions I had.My daughter broke a bracket at school. When I called, the receptionist asked how long before I can get my daughter there. As soon as we walked in, they called her back and fixed the broken bracket. I am loving the fast friendly service!
