Montchanin Implant Center

I was very nervous of getting this implant on my front tooth done. I had heard from everyone at my dental office that Dr. Keller was incredible. Finally pulled the plug. Best investment ever. NO pain, no more annoying root canal constantly getting infected. He was extremely professional and took his time to explain everything in detail. So glad I finally got this done and glad I finally got to work with THE Dr Keller!! :)

The staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. The office building is stunning, but most importantly they did a great job with my gum graft. I had to get this procedure from years of grinding my teeth. The procedure went smoothly, and they continuously checked my healing process. I now have a fitted night guard to stop my gums from receding. I am grateful for their expertise, and I highly recommended them. Thank you Montchanin Implant Center!

My dentist recommended Montchanin Implant Center for my necessary dental implants. Consequently I’ve been to Dr Keller at this practice several times for implant procedures. Although the work is very expensive, it’s also very friendly and professional. The doctor and staff go out of their way to make sure the patient is well informed, comfortable, and reassured. The doctor is also informative, efficient, and skilled at his work. On the single occasion when I had questions following my surgery, the staff was helpful in scheduling a visit so I could see the doctor to make sure that things were OK. The doctor reassured me that all was well. I am more that happy with my experiences at Montchanin Implant Center.

My son and I really appreciated the time spent with Dr Tibbs and her support staff. The information that was shared with us about the procedure was comprehensive and all questions were answered completely. The preliminary work for the procedure included photos and impressions, which were done expertly. My son often experiences anxiety, especially with dental and medical procedures but Dr. Tibbs and her staff were extremely comforting as they explained the process. We’re very lucky to have found this caring group of professionals to help my son get back his smile.

Had an implant procedure done today, and can’t say enough good things about the experience! The dental tech (sorry can’t remember her name!) was excellent, she made me feel comfortable right from the beginning, she explained everything that was going to happen and didn’t mind when I asked clarifying questions. She was compassionate, professional, and super personable. Dr Tibbs was very gentle and cautious through the entire extraction and implant placement. She answered all my questions and I was given her number and was told she didn’t mind my after hours call if I had any issues or additional questions. Entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Amazing experience, definitely recommend!!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant about following through with a much needed deep gum cleaning procedure but Dr. Maria Tibbs was HIGHLY recommended. It's been a week since my visit, I can see a great difference in my gums. I had an amazing experience because she's very knowledgable, professional, polite and honest. Dr Keller is amazing! In July 2023 he extracted a lower back tooth and prepared the site for an implant. Yesterday January 2024 he placed the implant. Both procedures took no time at all, with very little swelling and very little pain. Dr. Keller is warm, attentive and professional. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions. I had been looking for a dentist who was skilled in working with ceramic implants. After much research on the differences, risks and benefits of titanium versus ceramic, I’m glad I chose Dr. Keller. There aren’t many dentists who have gone the extra mile to educate themselves on the newest dental technologies. If anyone is looking for alternatives to titanium (metal) implants, Dr. Keller is the dentist to see. Denise and Emily who assisted him in the procedure were very friendly and professional as well.The office setting is warm, friendly and professional. Patients are greeted with friendly smiling faces! I highly recommend Dr. Keller at Montchanin Implant Center in Wilmington!

Extremely pleased with my experience at Montchanin Implant Center. Dr. Tibbs and her assistant Alyssa took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was the priority, and all of my concerns were heard. I’m beyond impressed with my experience here. A+++ interactions with the entire staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. I read many reviews before coming here, and was honestly skeptical of how positive they were. They did NOT disappoint. I usually only read reviews, and rarely write them, but Dr. Tibbs and team deserve the praises. Strongly recommend!!!

Dr. Tibbs worked on me across 10 months to put in two implants. It was really bad news to hear I needed it in the first place, but she was very empathetic and caring through the process. It was difficult, but it's behind me now and the final outcome is great. If you need a periodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Tibbs and the staff at this location.
