Dr.Rawlins staff is very polite, friendly, and engaging of every kid that comes in. They are professional and my kids always leave smiling because we had such a positive experience. I very much recommend Dr.Rawlins!!Years later now my 8yo son is going here and we're still very happy.

Both of my girls have had both phase one and phase 2 braces with Rawlins! The level of care they have received is top A+! The before and after of their teeth and bite is night and day! To say I am happy is an understatement! What stands Rawlins orthodontics apart from the rest is that it is truely a family atmosphere! Dr Rawlins has become family through the years and the care he has for his patients shows during every visit and or phone call! I can not recommend them enough! I am actually really sad that my last daughter is getting her final set off!!

This is a great family orthodontia practice. The doctor and staff are incredibly inviting and knew us by name from the very first visit. Feels like we are part of their team during visits. The consultation at the beginning was highly detailed and informative, but there was no pressure to commit to a plan. We knew exactly what to expect at each visit and have always felt well cared for. I love that everyone takes the time to explain to my 8 year old and to me what is happening every step of the way.

As adults we sometimes are willing to compromise on the care we receive from providers - timeliness, sometimes personality or lack thereof, etc. When it comes to our children however, we want the BEST for them no matter what. Someone who is patient, child-centered, able to adapt to their needs, someone who is accommodating, someone who is more invested in the child than the financial gain for themselves, someone who provides culturally sensitive care, someone who you can feel their passion for their work shine thru, someone like Dr. Rawlins and his staff! Dr. Rawlins and his team show these traits plus soooooo much more!!!! From the day we stepped foot in the office earlier this year we have been blown away! Shantil (front desk receptionist and scheduler) is phenomenal! She treats every person with kindness, works hard to accommodate varying family needs and always explores options to help when there are challenges. Ever since our first visit she remembers our son’s name when he walks in and greets him with a warm smile and says, “Hey Micah! It’s good to see you!” Charity the person we met with initially for treatment planning was wonderful! The dental assistants are so skilled and kind! It’s not only the provider that makes the office inviting and work smoothly but every employee is critical to success!!! Dr. Rawlins cool, relaxed, fun-loving personality won our son, Micah, who is not an easy sell. Dr. Rawlins asked him about his hesitations and fears from the beginning. Micah answered with “pain!” Dr. Rawlins answered coolly as only he can…”Bud, we don’t do pain here! No drills and no needles!” From that moment his guard went down and he embraced his new journey! Dr. Rawlins takes the time to EDUCATE at a level that my 9 year understands and retains! He always asks Micah about school, or his sports activities, or vacations. He’s not just concerned about his teeth but Micah as a WHOLE person! I can personally sell ice to an igloo when I believe in a product or service and I cant stop I telling EVERYONE about this practice. Several of my friends have since come with their children and are equally satisfied! All we can say is THANK YOU for your authenticity and for truly being a healthCARE provider!

Dr. Rawlins is the best orthodontist in world. In addition to always being happy because he honestly loves his job, he also loves and deeply cares for his patients. He shows this by customizing a treatment plan for each patient based on their physical, mental, and social needs. His Ivy League education has given him the foundation that allows him to make the best up to date and evidence based recommendations for your child and family. If your orthodontic provider cannot site sources and provide evidence that supports their orthodontic plan for your family, maybe you should consider switching to Dr. Rawlins. We did and are forever thankful.

Highly recommend Dr. Rawlins! He makes the time to ask “what’s shaking?” because he is truly interested in his patients beyond just a smile. Personality and trust in his treatment plan are what gravitated me to Rawlins Orthodontics over others in the area. His staff is super kind and this place gets bonus perks for the 10/10 playlist of music!

From the office staff to the technicians to Dr. Rawlins - everyone is patient, kind, and willing to help. Orthodontists are not just for kids, as an adult I appreciate the option between braces and the invisilign system. If you have any issues, they get you back in the office as quick as possible. I Absolutely love going to my Orthodontist office. Dr. Rawlins, & his staff are a pleasure to work with all the time. Dr. Rawlins is professional, caring, understanding and treats his patients like family.
