Best dentist & hygienist anywhere! office is always clean, staff friendly... a pleasure! And conveniently located on the Drive. Toby always makes me laugh and there is no better dentist than Dr. Warner... can’t forget his awesome office staff... Not many people like going to the dentist but Dr. Warner, Susan, Stella, Natalie are the best I have found. They are always ready to help, answer questions, help with insurance and take their time with all procedures. Office is clean, up to date and very welcoming!Thank you again, Andrea.

This was my first visit to Island City Smiles. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and welcoming, from the warm greeting when I entered to the wave goodbye when I left. Every procedure was thoroughly explained, all my questions were answered, the hygienist Lisa gave me practical suggestions to improve my oral health. Great visit,

Courteous, friendly, kind reception. Very helpful at front desk check-in for some questions I had. The dental assistant who undertook photos and x-rays was kind, thorough and very professional. Dr. Scoglio was also warm, kind, patient and thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. Susan, the business manager was also very kind and well- informed in explaining the costs and insurance benefits. I have great confidence in utilizing and enjoying the care of this dental practice.

The entire staff of Island City Smiles is always friendly and helpful. Sounds corny but true.I chipped a tooth last week and they were able to accommodate me in only two business days.All questions are answered to satisfaction and then cut to the chase I'm out of there.

Love them! The staff is top notch! I've been going here for over a year now for routine cleanings. Everyone including reception, billing, dental team and Dr. Warner are super professional and super friendly. I recently had a dental issue and found myself in a bit of discomfort. Dr. Warner fit me in that morning and got me out of pain. Thank you!!!!!!

As far as going to the dentist, Dr. David K.Warner, DDS, FAGD, PA and his team have been the best dental experience I have had in South Florida. The office is conveniently located right off Wilton Drive with plenty of parking. The office staff is efficient and professional, wait times are short, money is discussed in advance so there are few surprises, and everyone is extremely pleasant. The dental hygenists are awesome. Doctor Warner keeps me very comfortable during procedures, prescribes appropriate medicine, and excels at the finishing work. My teeth always look perfect and evenly aligned so they don't break or crack after. I had an emergency once and the on call dentist invited me to come in at 10 pm on a weeknight to fix my tooth. point being, there is nothing not to like.

I’d like to say everyone at dental office has always been very kind and professional, which makes not understand my last visit earlier this week , I was scheduled for a cleaning , but had complained prior on more then one occasion to the receptionist that I’d like to also combine my cleaning visit with a doctor visit , I was first told that this can’t be done , that the appointments need to be separate ( I was having major discomfort/ pain on the crown area that was put in approximately 4 weeks ago , once I showed up for my cleaning appointment the receptionist said yes doctor Christopher will stop by once my cleaning completed , I also complained to hygienist about problem which then and X-ray was taken , once dr Christopher came in I was told I probably need a root canal and was given a referral ? I was told they can not do a root canal in this office ? I complained about pain and was told to take ibuprofen, I’m not able to get an appointment till Friday with referral I’m in constant pain missed work. I think now it may be infected , and I’m just trying to figure out why ( which I assumed is a full service dental office ) which has both a DDS as well as a DMD. Couldn’t help me, I am very confused

Excellent customer service the doctor and staff are all extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend Island City Smiles. I love this place.Dr. Scoglia is truly a talented dentistHe actually gave me back my smile.On scale of 1-10 I'd give an 11.

I will forever be a patient at Island City Smiles. I have never felt more comfortable in a Dentist’s chair, I have never been treated with such politeness, good manners, kindness, efficiency and genuine concern for my comfort. The office is immaculately clean, the atmosphere relaxing and the “we got you” attitude is genuine…Because they do, they really do understand my concerns and misgivings.Greiber did such an amazing job on my whitening session that the extended period in the chair felt like meditation. He has been efficient and kind from my initial appointment straight thru. Susan in the office is remarkable to talk to and handled my insurance with a positivity I could never muster.My journey with them started in mid December and I am almost done…Dr. Warner and his team have given me a new smile, taken over the Insurance details, even fought for what I needed, and made me realize that the latest and newest equipment, kindness, professionalism and skilled hands are attributes I needed to feel comfortable in a Dental Office again.Bravo, Dr. Warner and Team!Don’t hesitate, contact Island City Smiles in 2024 and beyond.
