Smiles of Winter Haven

Have been going to this office for years. Nice staff and nice office. Patients are spaced out so you’re not waiting long.3/26/2024 The new name is Smiles Winter Haven. Great staff. Appointments are on time. Quiet and relaxed environment highly recommend for family dental care4//8/2024. Needed a couple of fillings. In and out in just over 30 minutes. Amazing work, I can’t even see them. Staff was well coordinated and caring.

Absolutely wonderful care, I have a phobia around teeth stemming from an incident of dental malpractice that I've struggled with all my life. When I've tried to address it with other dentists I was made to feel ashamed and burdensome and like I was wasting the time of important people because my teeth would require resources that would be wasted on me. That was not the experience I had here, I was never shamed for the condition of my teeth or the fear I had going into the office or not having insurance, everone I spoke to was kind and I am very grateful;I've since gone back for my first treatment, and the excellent care has continued. It took a lot of therapy just to get me into the building, but the pain was minimal and everyone was very kind. I'll be going back in three weeks!

If anyone is skeptical about visiting a dental office due to past trauma, you won't have that experience here. I visited this office as a last-minute new patient and was greeted with a beautiful smile from the front desk lady. She made me feel a little more calm and reassured me that I was in good hands. After all that, I met Dr. Jennifer; she was amazing in every way. Dr. Jennifer had a great bedside manner, communicated well, and was empathetic about the current state of pain I was in. Once the issue was found, she immediately found a solution to keep me from being in pain. I have had my share of dental trauma, from being treated poorly to even just a price tag; however, I was not treated like that at Smiles of Winter Haven. Thank you to every staff member who helped in keeping me calm and reassured me that I was in great hands.
