Called and clarified for an appointment about fillings because we were pretty sure that we had already did them told us that they didn’t have it on the chart yet mind you I live in Kissimmee and this place in in Winter Park Then, when I drive out here told me I didn’t have any fillings left And that’s it so I just drove 3 1/2 hours today for nothing😀Unprofessional, not even as sorry, for the experience that they made us go through waste of time

This place sucks. When you walk in you will be ignored by a teenager that has an attitude because you are interrupting her bowl of cereal. Then the Doctor will send you through a roller-coaster ride of places to go and things to get done that will be pushed off for months leading to the work you getting done (like a root canal) being no good any more by the time he feels like fixing the situation. He just leaves it exposed so the $1000's you spent was for absolutely nothing! Save your money and your time. Go literally anywhere else!!! They don't care about you or even kids! They want your money and to refer you to friends to get them money its all a game

They literally mixed up the tooth number that had to be removed. The lady had to put me on hold to go look at my X-Rays to see what tooth could possibly need removing only to tell me that it MIGHT be this tooth and that it only needs a filling when they sent paperwork for a removal. She also had the audacity to say it wasn’t her fault and that insurance changed the tooth number AND the procedure without the office’s knowledge. Yeah, sure. I’ve been trying to get this tooth taken care of for two months and I keep having to go behind these incompetent people to fix something with the insurance that they submitted wrong. So unorganized, unaccountable, and the front desk has a work ethic of a teenage cashier at McDonald’s in pine hills.

The doctor, hygienists, and front desk staff are great. There have been major improvements ever since I first started coming here 3 years ago and it keeps getting better. I really appreciate the dentist and his care for children and adults alike. My littlest one (she’s 3) needed a referral and he referred her out to an excellent, experienced dentist so my child could get her cavities filled under general anesthesia at the hospital. Excellent practice and staff. I really appreciate it

I had a tooth with a great deal of pain and Dr Dhamija and his staff were kind enough to immediately work me into his day. He evaluated what needed to be done and referred me to an Endodontist whom I was also able to see the same day.I was very grateful for being treated quickly and professionally by the doctor and his supportive staff who took my call and got me the care I needed in short order. I was very grateful to for the quality of service provided. Elevating my worry and addressing my pain with the proper anti-bionic. Thank you!

An absolute joke if you are trying to reach them by phone. Last Thursday I called a few times they let it ring and hung up on me!!! DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Very unprofessional. I gave up and thought ill try today. I have called FOUR times over the last few hours this afternoon no answer. The voicemail inbox is full, so obviously they don't respond to those either. UPDATED. YES I have trying to get a hold of YOUR office, due to your referral being the problem. Your assumption that I don't know who I need to be speaking to is laughable and frankly offensive. It needs to be acknowledged that your business is not being ran professionally. No excuses. I'm giving one more star because after two phone calls this morning I FINALLY reached your receptionist and the problem is fixed. Quite a shame that that part is so problematic when your staff is really quite nice and personable.

I have been going to this dentist for a little over 7 years, which is before I even had children. Now, my husband and eldest goes here. My other child will be attending next year when he is three years old! Dr. Jugnu always has such a wonderful bedside manner with patience and is very thorough in his exams. The dental hygienist here are very nice and patient with my children. Today, there was a little issue on scheduling but the front desk cleared it up and we were able to be seen. I definitely advise you to make your appointments while you're at the office or to email them if you're unable to reach them by phone or the voicemail is full. Negative 1 start. Rude rude staff. They NEVER answer the phone and then ban clients for now showing bc they can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel. Shut this place down. What a shame.In response to your reply- this office NEVER answers the phone and does not send appointment reminders, then bans their patients for not showing up. TRY ESTEEM DENTAL ON NARCOOSSEE! They’re great with a beautiful clean office! I hope this helps someone from making the right choice.

I wanted to give them a chance. Worst choice I've made in a while. First off I couldn't find the place since it's a hole in the wall of a run down strip mall behind the costco... the Front desk staff is rude. Refused to speak English to me. Hygienist was rough and impatient, got annoyed with me GAGGING ON MY OWN TONGUE. Called the Dr in and they sent me out half finished with no cleaning And a referral that didn't have the needed info on it to make the other appointment with a specialist. By far the most unappealing place to ever have the displeasure of being mouth abused by. Zero stars. All the boo's and if I had rotted fruit I would throw it accordingly. It's too late for me.. save yourself.

I have had horrible experience with dental and getting my dentures and that was with Affordable dentures in lake Mary don't go there.I went 6 months without anything in my mouth until I went to ARTISTIC SMILES in winter park.THE DOCTOR AT ARTISTIC SMILES GAVE ME HOPE AGAIN.HE GAVE ME A BEAUTIFUL SMILE WITHOUT A IMPRESSION SO THAT MEANS HE HAD TO WORK WITH ONLY HIS SKILLS TO MAKE ME HAVE A SMAILE I HAVE TO SAY ARTISTIC SMILES I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU THAT HELPED ME THROUGH THIS AND GIVING ME A SMILE THAT I AM PROUD OF.Yall are truly Artists in my eyes and yall take pride In Ur work.Thank you again. 😊
