They will abandon you. My kid hasn’t even had braces on for a year yet and I got a letter saying that they want to terminate care. It’s literally the only correspondence I get from them. No reminders. No calls, no warnings. I don’t recall making any appointment that I missed! So frustrating, I seriously only picked this place because it is on the first floor. My other child is very high needs and does not walk independently. We have our hands full and would appreciate more communication than just a final straw snail mail. I’ve personally called the office many times so they have my phone number, I’ve personally emailed back and forth with Mellisa the office manager and my response time was within minutes every time. This is a huge bummer

The attention they gave me was excellent.After the checkup about my problem with my teeth, they did not charge me anything since I did not deserve braces treatment.I found it incredible that they did not charge for the time spent, x-rays and general attention they had for me.Thank you, thank you, thank you God bless you always.

Hello to everyone here. Just so everyone knows, this is the best place in the city that deals with Braces. All staffs that works there are awesome, and they do their work with pride and with professionalism. Dr Moon is the best. Along with all her staff members. I won’t hesitate to go there in near future at all. Thank you guys !! You guys are the best !!

It's been 8 months since I started my braces with Dr. Moon and their team. When I first came in for a consultation, they went through all the different options for payments as well as estimation for how long the process would take. They were very realistic with expectations, which I was thankful for and for what would be covered by insurance.Whenever I come in and check in with reception, they're professional even when it's busy. Nayara is always so friendly when it's my turn in the chair. She tells me what she's going to do step by step, as well as execute everything so skilfully with causing me minimal discomfort(they're braces let's be realistic they're going to be uncomfortable)♡.Love the staff here!

Very friendly staff. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. Definitely would recommend them to others. Update a 11months later and they are still the best. The lady's in the office are so nice and super funny. When you walk in you feel like your family. The doctor's are great too. They really take the time to explain to you what exactly is going on with my daughter's progress. I am still very happy to have my daughter as a patient here.

The reception desk is very rude and not helpful at all. This office is not good at communicating new guidelines and that leaves the customer unprepared for the visit. They also don’t do cleanings so with all the money we are paying we should get better service. Most of the people that go there won’t qualify for help paying for the treatment so a hard working middle class family will have to pay out of pocket from $5k up. This office does not have good customer service.

Dr.Moon and her staff are nice and professional. They explained everything and every step. I went for the free consultation and ended up getting my brace on my second appointment. They also take you in very quickly and it took less time than I thought. This is very warm and friendly environment. The appointment was on time and never had to wait for two appointments I had. The care coordinator will work with you the best payment options and was very patient with me. I highly recommend this place.

Through the years and three teens at this practice, it has been a bit troublesome. Although when you go in for your consultation they promise the world when it comes to scheduling appointments....however the opposite is true. They have so many patients, there are not enough appointments available to keep on a routine 6 week or so schedule. You wait months between appointments. There are never appointments after school, they are all taken by the time you need to schedule. So if you wait for those, even more months go by. It has made the treatment plan increase to 5 years now. We also paid for the retainers for life, had the documentation to prove it, and they refused to honor it. Wish I had never selected this practice. Not the service I expected. Should have found somewhere that was private pay only.

The staff were professional and the place had a smooth professional feel to the way everyone was working together. There was a refreshing good energy which I feel may have been coming from the fact that everyone was enjoying their work, so they were doing it well, and they all seemed to be getting on with each other. Management is certainly doing something right. Whether a place runs well, or whether it has issues, which will manifest like a sickness, it will often be traced back to poor management in some way, in my experience! Great work!!!

Safe and pleasant experience. I plan on getting my braces here.Update: very friendly staff. They explained every step as they were doing it and answered any questions I had with a smile on their face. I got my braces here today and it wasn’t painful or anything along the lines of discomfort. Would 100% recommend!
