The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the financial staff are super helpful and sensitive to the financial aspects of dental work, the technicians are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and at ease, Dr.Rudin is highly skilled and very personable which makes you feel confident that you’re in good hands, and Jenn is an amazing hygienist who takes time and care to educate you in best practices for great oral health…not to mention super fun to talk to! I’m grateful to have found this dental practice!!

Dr. Scholl is an amazing dentist. The care she provides to her patients is top tier! She listens to my concerns and answers any questions that I have. All the doctors at Bucks County Smiles have been great, I have seen every provider. I always feel at ease when I am here and I always leave with a smile! Best dental practice… professional, caring, beautiful dentistry… top notch! Dr Scholl is meticulous, gentle and very talented. Fully trust her expertise and highly her! I was so impressed to be able to have a crown in one appointment! No need for a temporary and didn’t have to wait three weeks to have the permanent crown. Very satisfied!

I hate writing these. I've been going for 20+ years. They've started collecting data completely irrelevant to dentistry to try to scare you into getting more procedures - they even told me as such (in a more positive light). Every time I've gotten my teeth worked on, regarding very small cavities, they never put enough novicane to numb - despite me telling them 2+ times over several sessions it hasn't been enough. It's a shame as they used to be the only people I'd go to, I really trusted them and they helped my anxiety a lot previously, but now they've lost my trust and seem more interested in profit than patient health.Beware of them trying to get your personal information for sales!!!

I love this dental office & love it over ALL the medical providers I visit. (Who loves the dentist, right?!) The office is filled with top notch admin staff, techs & dentists. No one ever seems to be having a bad day! They use the latest equipment, are certified in the newest techniques, provide outstanding dental care & instruction & do it with a pleasant, caring manner. When you do what you love, it isn't work - I get THAT feeling from this office. The reception area, office personnel & treatment rooms are all geared up for safety! Hand sanitizer everywhere, front desk plexiglass almost touches the ceiling, a socially-distanced waiting room, timed patient entry & dental staff in a full helmet with an onboard ventilator, gowns & gloves. After visiting with a patient, each provider, treatment room & equipment is spray-disinfected. Of course I wore a mask when I arrived, but had no anxiety removing it for treatment. I so appreciate their care & skill & highly recommend them for a great dental experience - you'll love them too!

I just had a cleaning done with Erin for the first time as my appointment with another hygienist was canceled at the last minutes. Despite that, I had a great experience with Erin. She is great, very on point and attentive, and she was also very pleasant. The front desk staff, as usual, are always very welcoming. I’ve been with Bucks County Smiles for over 3 years now and always had great experiences with them. They are a bit more expensive than others but worth every penny! My next cleaning is scheduled for August but I hope they can resolve their tight schedules and put me in for May.

The dentist was an hour late and I was the first patient after their lunch break. After 50 mins of waiting with the hygienist I said do I have time to go to the bathroom. I came back quickly, not gone for more than 3 minutes and I was told I had just missed the dentist while I was in the restroom. the hygienist said she went to another room to do a dental cleaning check and would be back soon. Another 5-10 minutes later she returns and apologized. She fixes my filling that fell out but because she was so behind she could not complete my cleaning. I go to the front desk and I book my appointment and she is making me book a 2 hr cleaning! I said I’m not a new patient, even though I was told to fill out a ton of paperwork before I was seen today. They said it’s a long process but it has to be 2 hrs for a cleaning and x-rays. I will not be returning.

Outstanding full reconstruction and bite correction of 28 teeth including veneers and crowns. My facial appearance was improved along with my smile. I researched all geographically feasible practices and found Bucks County Smiles to be in my judgment, the best. The results are strikingly good.Dr Faust, the other doctors, his talented technicians and responsive administrative staff provided what I believe to be the best care to be found.I can say for sure that you are never too old to build on your self-esteem while improving your health. This is the place to accomplish these goals. Nice job everyone !

My appointment was scheduled for 12 noon and reception announced my arrival. At 12:25, after the 2nd time I was announced to my hygienist, Erin, she finally came out to invite me in. They are extremely vigilant about contacting patients to remind us about our appointment. Even annoying us by voicemail, texting and emails. A patient's time is just as valuable as the doctor's office.
