Sonoma Oral and Facial Surgery

This place was awesome. They even called me afterwards just to check on me and see how I was doing. Now that is 5 star service! Dr. Mack and his entire team there were true professionals and I will absolutely be taking all my future dental procedures to them. I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they provided. Thank you Sonoma. Thank you!Well I'm not sure how to feel about this as I edit my initial good review for this place....The morning of my procedure I was instructed to bring in 95$ cash to complete the payment for the procedure/medicine, that my insurance wouldn't cover. I did as instructed, received my "paid in full" receipt, and continued on with the surgery. That was supposed to be the end of it. The dentist /oral surgeon received payments from my insurance and I was to pay the remaining cost before any procedures were performed. Then about a month or more after all was said and done, I get a letter from Sonoma oral stating that I owe an additional $ 300! What kind of film flam scam are they running? I'm pretty sure that when you agree to a contract, written, verbally, or whatever you are bound by that lawfully! I didn't go and change anything after all was said and done why should they be able to? I don't know just something to think about when choosing what you think is a reputable business..... Thanks for backdooring me Sonoma. I really don't want to post this, I really believed in this place and thought they were an excellent choice for everyone and anyone to get their dental needs met here, but I have no choice now as I'm left wondering why?

Terrible service manager set up an appointment for 11hrs and said you have 48hrs to cancel I had no say in choosing a date. For one tooth they charged me for all four wisdom. I asked for corporate number she said this is private owned and no owner but she is the manager. Manager kept repeating herself not willing to work with me and charging for cancellation/rescheduling 150.00 I asked her does this make sense to you. She kept repeating herself being a bully

I got four wisdom teeth taken out. I had to reschedule because I had a sip of water before hand but other than that the nurses were so sweet. I have an insane fear of needles and they were really sweet and comforted me. After the surgery they helped get me to the car and did regular check ups. The surgery went well and I felt better after the first recovery day.Thank you ❤️

They did an amazing job before, during and after procedure as well as her follow up. A couple days later I did have to take my daughter to the ER. She was very dehydrated and had a reaction to the RX prescribed. Even though the recovery was a little hard on my daughter, I am very grateful and thankful with Sonoma Oral Surgery for taking care of her. The best front and back office service I’ve received. Thank you so much for taking great care of her. Every patient is different when it comes to recovery and that’s normal. I strongly recommend Sonoma Oral Surgery. 😊

Good afternoon today I got surgery got my wisdom tooth pulled out 😔and u know something I was scared 😱 nervous but the student nurse did very good in conforming me and making me feel comfortable along with kathya the actual nurse I really appreciate them being there for me the service was a 10/10 the doctor was also a 10/10 made sure I understood everything before starting overall I'm very happy with the work that was done thk u so much I highly recommend Sonoma 10/10 😊and for the receptionist they also did a good job when I checked ✔️in .🙏🏻

This office has a team that is dedicated to the patient! I came in at the end of the day in pain and stressed about insurance and they treated me right there on the spot and put me at ease with options for insurance. I'm very grateful for Dr Mack and his team for helping me or I probably would have ended up at the ER. The office is nice and clean front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the back office assistant explained everything to me step by step which helped to reduce my anxiety. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely recommend there services! Thanks Sonoma Oral and Facial Surgery for taking care of me!

The WORST dental office. Horrible receptionist, doesn’t care about YOUR care only cares about money. I would not TRUST them to address your issues. Will harass you if you get treated by any other dental office. I will be contacting the Board of Dental Examiners and filing a complaint! And will make sure I tell everyone not to ever go here.

Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and never even saw or spoke to a doctor. They charged me $222.00 for xrays and watching a 20 minute prerecorded video on what to expect. I had questions about risks, why all 4 need to be out since I only have problems with on, plus I have sinus and bleeding issues and asked to talk to a doctor. Was told he was not available. Assistant provided generic "there's always that 1% risk, the doctor will talk to you on the day of the surgery." I called and complained and the secretary said "they have to take all 4 wisdom teeth out because they press on eachother" which is bogus. So then I get a call back from the office manager Darcy, trying to remedy the situation and offered me a "free" visit with the doctor but at this point I don't even feel comfortable getting my wisdom teeth out with them. Definitely not impressed but yet here I am stuck with a bill for NOTHING.

My 13 year old son just had all four of his wisdom teeth surgically removed, his 12 year old molars uprighted (they were laying flat under the gums) and a front canine exposed to pull it down as it never made its way on its own. Dr. Spanganberg was phenomenal!! Not only from a mamas perspective but from a teenagers as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and really put my mamas heart at ease. Probably the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen. My son thought he was hilarious which helped keep him calm. He had never had an IV or surgery before so he was pretty nervous leading up to it. Dr. S laughed with him and explained step by step as he was doing things which really comforted him. I have to also mention how unbelievably AMAZING the staff was. So friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Was never bothered by my million and one questions before and after surgery. So thankful for everyone in this office!!

Where to begin….. quick backstory, I have a HUGE fear of getting dental work done due to having a horrible dental experience and let me tell you, they are absolutely without a doubt AMAZING! The staff feels like family and they truly care about their customers. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed and it was such a smooth surgery. Also having a fear of needles, I didn’t feel a thing! That same day I was up and around like nothing happened. Being a mother of two I thought this was going to be hard on me but it was a walk in the park. Save yourself the time and come here! I promise you won’t regret it! Not to mention, the office feels like home!
