I originally started care with Dr. Cain, but when he announced he would soon retire, I was a little worried about who would take his place. I was so used to being under the care of Dr. Cain, but he assured me that I was in good hands, and he was right! He also took the time to do a warm introduction. I remember meeting Dr. Chris for the first time, and what I remember most is how warm and welcoming his personality was. But what I love most is how he keeps you informed every step of the way. He takes his time to explain everything in detail, and I appreciate that! You can see the passion in his eyes; it's such a reassuring feeling when you are trying to correct your smile. Thanks again, Dr. Chris, for everything. You are truly AMAZING!! It's because of you I can't stop smiling:) Love my new SMILE. My braces came off one day before my birthday, and I was really worried about the condition of my teeth. I had a wedding to attend the same day. I'd also had braces for three years. Juan took some extra time to make sure my smile was right. While he was cleaning my teeth, I remember him saying, "I love my job, and I'm happy I can make you smile." He did an amazing job, but I cried when he showed me the finished product (See pictures attached before and after). Juan, thanks for spending extra time with me! You are an amazing person, and you are kind to everyone, and I'll never forget you! Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be honest. The best decision I ever made and such a good investment. Stop-This place is amazing!!!!!! Truly.I went to another local orthodontist first and was not impressed. When I met Dr Chris and his staff, I could tell that they truly care about taking great care of me. They were full of energy, well prepared and super flexible with my finances.Look no further! This is the best hands down. You should see the results they have gotten on other patients! They have some examples you can see when you go in.

Honestly, Smile Hero Orthodontics is among the best medical practices I have encountered. Dr.Christopher and his team are simply outstanding. I am very happy that I was sent to the Smile Hero facility because I had been wanting braces for a very long time. I remember walking in to consult with Dr. Christopher about how it would go, and after the agreements, I did my braces right there and then, which I had not expected before coming, but I remember being really excited. I've had my braces for about 8 months now and I'm seeing incredible progress. Dr. Christopher is truly a wonderful dentist, as is the orthodontic hygienist/assistant who works on my teeth. Nahjah, I believe, is likewise excellent, and the front-desk staff is exceptional. Overall, the Smile Hero team is professional, friendly, and very welcoming. I never had the feeling that I didn't want to return. So, if you need your teeth fixed, know you're in good hands at Smile Hero Orthodontics.
