I originally started care with Dr. Cain, but when he announced he would soon retire, I was a little worried about who would take his place. I was so used to being under the care of Dr. Cain, but he assured me that I was in good hands, and he was right! He also took the time to do a warm introduction. I remember meeting Dr. Chris for the first time, and what I remember most is how warm and welcoming his personality was. But what I love most is how he keeps you informed every step of the way. He takes his time to explain everything in detail, and I appreciate that! You can see the passion in his eyes; it's such a reassuring feeling when you are trying to correct your smile. Thanks again, Dr. Chris, for everything. You are truly AMAZING!! It's because of you I can't stop smiling:) Love my new SMILE. My braces came off one day before my birthday, and I was really worried about the condition of my teeth. I had a wedding to attend the same day. I'd also had braces for three years. Juan took some extra time to make sure my smile was right. While he was cleaning my teeth, I remember him saying, "I love my job, and I'm happy I can make you smile." He did an amazing job, but I cried when he showed me the finished product (See pictures attached before and after). Juan, thanks for spending extra time with me! You are an amazing person, and you are kind to everyone, and I'll never forget you! Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be honest. The best decision I ever made and such a good investment. Stop-This place is amazing!!!!!! Truly.I went to another local orthodontist first and was not impressed. When I met Dr Chris and his staff, I could tell that they truly care about taking great care of me. They were full of energy, well prepared and super flexible with my finances.Look no further! This is the best hands down. You should see the results they have gotten on other patients! They have some examples you can see when you go in.

Honestly, Smile Hero Orthodontics is among the best medical practices I have encountered. Dr.Christopher and his team are simply outstanding. I am very happy that I was sent to the Smile Hero facility because I had been wanting braces for a very long time. I remember walking in to consult with Dr. Christopher about how it would go, and after the agreements, I did my braces right there and then, which I had not expected before coming, but I remember being really excited. I've had my braces for about 8 months now and I'm seeing incredible progress. Dr. Christopher is truly a wonderful dentist, as is the orthodontic hygienist/assistant who works on my teeth. Nahjah, I believe, is likewise excellent, and the front-desk staff is exceptional. Overall, the Smile Hero team is professional, friendly, and very welcoming. I never had the feeling that I didn't want to return. So, if you need your teeth fixed, know you're in good hands at Smile Hero Orthodontics.

He patiently guided me through the process, ensuring I understood every step and even worked with me to find a solution within my budget.The entire team, including Juan, was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist consistently accommodated my schedule for appointments, making the overall experience seamless. If you're contemplating Invisalign or any orthodontic treatment, I highly recommend this place for their expertise, kindness, and commitment to patient satisfaction.

I absolutely love Dr. Chris Him and his staff are not only good at what they do they are super friendly. Not once have I ever called or walked in and someone was rude or having an off day . That’s super important to me because when I select a place to give my hard on dollars .I was worried about the cost of braces because my insurance didn’t cover it all, but he was so willing to work with me. His concern is giving you the smile you deserve , and will work out a payment that you can pay comfortably.Jacobs teeth have totally transformed in such a short time and he’s super excited about it. Today we did the bottom teeth If you need braces rather your young or old check them out . Highly recommend

Smile Hero Orthodontics is a very great place to have your braces. Dr. Chris and the staff are very marvelous and delightful to work with. They did not hesitate to reach put and assist you with any questions or concerns. In addition, the braces truly fixed my problems with my teeth and never had any issues. Would recommended this to family and friends.

Dr. Chris has been accommodating and so understanding. He helped us (my family) make a plan that was better suited for me and my age compared to a previous plan made by an orthodontist who wanted to rush. He was patient and the members of staff are also extremely kind and understanding as well. It is a wonderful environment, especially for those who need a bit more sensitivity regarding their case and situation. Never felt judged or rushed at their office. Questions were always answered with a smile. Overall great service.

All the staff is always super welcoming and organized. I love that they offer payment plans that will work for YOU so there is no excuse to not fix your smile !! There is also never long waits, always in and out super quick ! Special thank you to Dr.chris & Nahjah for always being so gentle when taking care of me. 10/10 recommend smile hero ☺️

LOOK NO FURTHER for THE BEST Orthodontist in East County!! Dr. Chris and his entire team are INCREDIBLE! There are MANY orthodontists in my town but I chose to drive to Antioch in order to receive services from Dr. Chris! You WILL NOT find another ortho or office that is more professional, attentive to your individual needs, comfortable and FAIR! Cleo and Juan made EVERY! SINGLE! VISIT! a pleasure. THANK YOU!

Dr.Chris is the BEST! I have always wanted braces and when I was finally able to get a referral for it I was super excited! The process was fast and clear when determining what was the best options for me. I had questions about everything and he broke everything down step by step also with payments. I’m happy with the progress I’ve had, almost 7 months with braces and I see the complete difference. I would 10/10 recommend going to Dr.Chris!
