I cannot say enough good things about the office staff atBanasiak & Nettune. There was some confusion about a recent appointment. The team at the front desk seamlessly redirected the situation at no inconvenience to us. It was a pleasant experience that could have been a problem. Many thanks to the team for doing it right!

While Dr Bonasiak did a wonderful job on my daughter’s teeth, he definitely does not appreciate questions from a parent. I simply asked for an update. (I had not spoken with him in months - each time he simply sent my daughter out.) Once I got back to ask my questions, he became abrupt and defensive. For the thousands that braces cost, I expect personal updates rather than sending my 12 year old daughter out with the verbal plan.

I had braces when I was a tween/teen and in my teens and early adulthood I was often complimented on my smile. Unfortunately, grinding my teeth in later years pushed my teeth out of alignment to the point that I would hide my smile. After a number of years of thinking about it, I finally made the decision to have my teeth straightened again. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Banasiak and his team! They are skillful, professional, and very friendly. I didn't think this would be possible; but after 9 months of braces, I now have a smile that I think is nicer than it was after my first round of braces years ago! Thank you Dr. Banasiak and team!
