I cannot say enough good things about the office staff atBanasiak & Nettune. There was some confusion about a recent appointment. The team at the front desk seamlessly redirected the situation at no inconvenience to us. It was a pleasant experience that could have been a problem. Many thanks to the team for doing it right!

I had braces when I was a tween/teen and in my teens and early adulthood I was often complimented on my smile. Unfortunately, grinding my teeth in later years pushed my teeth out of alignment to the point that I would hide my smile. After a number of years of thinking about it, I finally made the decision to have my teeth straightened again. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Banasiak and his team! They are skillful, professional, and very friendly. I didn't think this would be possible; but after 9 months of braces, I now have a smile that I think is nicer than it was after my first round of braces years ago! Thank you Dr. Banasiak and team!

I brought my three children for a consult and I was extremely impressed. Kathy spent a lot of time going through all of our information, explaining options and answering questions. What I appreciated most was that she listened to my children and spoke to them directly in a very genuine and caring way. Dr. Banasiak is a very skilled professional and explained his observations in a way my children could understand. He listened, answered all of our questions and gave us as much time as we needed.

While Dr Bonasiak did a wonderful job on my daughter’s teeth, he definitely does not appreciate questions from a parent. I simply asked for an update. (I had not spoken with him in months - each time he simply sent my daughter out.) Once I got back to ask my questions, he became abrupt and defensive. For the thousands that braces cost, I expect personal updates rather than sending my 12 year old daughter out with the verbal plan.

Never a bad experience, even when I have to spend money to fix what my kid's lost. The loveliest staff, the warmest environment. I actually hate being stuck in my car during Covid. I used to enjoy sitting and chatting inside and having a fresh brewed cup of coffee and a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie! They all know you every time you call or come in. Runs like a well oiled machine. We do not live nearby and sometimes it even takes longer to drive than we actually spend there but it's worth it. My oldest son's teeth are gorgeous and my younger are on their way. The kids love seeing Dr. B, even when he's telling them what they need to improve-that's a win-win. Couldn't recommend them more!

A big 'shout out' to Dr. B and the entire team of Banasiak and Nettune. As a Senior, about two years ago I made the decision to invest in a major dental project which started with the need for orthdontry work. This week I celebrated the removal of my braces and will move on to the next phase.Can't say enough about the competence; professionalism; and client focused approach of this orthodontic practice. They use technology in every facet of the treatment program including communication with the client. They respect your time and in 22 months of office visits I could count on them to always be on schedule. Highly recommended.

Dr. Banasiak is a caring and skilled orthodontist who operates his practice with honesty, integrity and excellent communication. Our family would not entrust our daughter’s orthodontic care to anyone else! His front office staff and orthodontic assistants are an outstanding team. We are extremely happy with the treatment outcomes for our daughter - she had a malocclusion (overjet) that needed to be addressed with a special device and also had braces for ~24 months. She is now in the post-treatment phase and wears a retainer nightly. Her teeth are healthy, well aligned and look great. Dr. Banasiak does what it right for each individual patient and ensures the best results by not rushing treatment. There is an orthodontist literally 5 minutes from our house, but we were willing to travel half an hour (each way) to Dr. Banasiak’s office because he is simply the best!

Dr Banasiak and his team are just wonderful. We went for many initial opinions and chose Dr B because he was very patient, did a thorough exam, was up front about any concerns, and had the most up to date technology. The staff are all very kind and accommodating and the office is run like a well oiled machine. There is no waiting, you are taken at your scheduled time (always). I got braces with Dr B as an adult and love the results and my three children are either under his care now or will be soon. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr B!

Having extremely stubborn teeth, I have now had a few treatments done at Banasiak & Nettune Orthodontics. Dr. Banasiak is wonderful with patients as well as dedicated and patient. The assistants make you feel extremely comfortable and it overall is a positive and delightful experience. I personally had the same assistant for most of my recent visits and she was the BEST. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Banasiak and the assistant who helped me tremendously through my last treatment of Invisalign. Having my perfect smile back is just the right confidence I needed entering college.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Banasiak and his staff!! He worked with us for 4 years with my 12 year old who started with a palette expander. When it came time for braces we moved to Florida!! He still takes our phone calls from here when we have questions about if our new ortho is going in the right direction! He has gone above and beyond!! I seriously want to fly back to him just to see him for braces :). He laughs and says it’s not necessary! Thanks for all you do!!
