Canyon Lake Smiles

This was my first dentist visit in 20 years due to extreme anxiety! The entire staff took such great care of me and helped me feel so comfortable and at ease. They took the time to explain every step of the process, and never made me feel ashamed for taking so long to go to the dentist. Dr. Smith and the entire staff really made my day! They deserve more than 5 stars! I actually look forward to my next visit! Thank you so much Canyon Lake Smiles from the bottom of my heart for helping me overcome my fear today!

Dr. Smith has the cutest personality. She talks you through everything she does. She's very thorough and meticulous. She makes sure you're comfortable with what she's doing.My previous dentist 'patched' what I thought was just a worn area like a crevice at the gum line. $200 for the 'patch' that lasted 2 weeks. Dental floss pulled it out. The crevice was really a pretty bad cavity with decay that was not removed by my previous dentist.Fingers crossed this filling will work out. Either way I appreciate the time Dr Smith took to repair the tooth.

Appointment was for 11am. I arrived on time for my first visit. I was out by 11:45am. Every step along the way was explained and easily understood. Dr. Smith cleaned my teeth. I've never had a Dr clean my teeth. The hygienist polished and flossed my teeth. I suppose she wanted to see every tooth up close. I need one filling. I'll be back next week to get that taken care of. I did not want to switch dentist but mine stopped taking my insurance. But I think Dr. Smith is a good fit.

It's hard to say that a tooth extraction is a pleasant experience. So I'm not going lie. Dr. Smith and her team did everything in their power to make it as comfortable as they possibly could have. They did an excellent job keeping me as relaxed and pain free as they could. I appreciate their promptness in addressing my problem and removing the cracked molar that was causing me so much irritation. They were, truly, wonderful to work with. I appreciate them all very much.

First time visiting today and I was really impressed with all the staff. Katie at the front desk was very helpful and kind, Robyn who did my x-rays was extraordinarily professional and personable, and Dr. Smith was terrific. I'd never had my teeth cleaned by the dentist, only by hygienists, but Dr. Smith did the cleaning herself with some kind of sonic scaling method that used a lot of water which got my teeth very clean. Dr. Smith was also so very professional and personable and she even said she liked my name and had never heard it before. They have a very nice office, clean, modern and play nice music. Having a TV to watch as I was getting my procedure was an added bonus. And I noticed they even have bottled water in a small refrigerator in the waiting area. I will definitely be going back in 6 months for another cleaning and will also have them replace a filling that recently fell out of one of my molars. Best dentist and staff I've experienced in a very long time. Thank you for a great visit!

Dr Smith was amazing yet again. Only problem this time is I had appointment at 11am and they were closed, door locked. I called and was told my appt time was 11:30 and argued with me. At 11:30 they opened and I had to show my confirmation text that showed 11am appt. They changed it apparently and didn't notify me nor did I receive an apology.

I had a great experience at Canyon Lake smiles! The front desk staff, and the waiting area, were inviting & cozy. The dental assistant/hygienist was thorough and gentle with the x-rays. The icing on the cake was Dr. Smith who took her time, explained each step in the cleaning, was careful of my sensitive teeth, and did a great job! I’d highly recommend Canyon Lake Smiles.

First appointment with Canyon Lake Smiles and they didn’t disappoint. Took my 3.5 year old, it was her first dental exam ever, so I was nervous how she’d do. Dr. Smith took excellent care of her. The front office staff were so nice. The dental assistant was also super helpful. Cute little play corner in the waiting room for kiddos, clean facility, and little freebie toys for kiddos after the appt. Really lovely experience top to bottom.

I just moved to Canyon Lake. I went to visit the Canyon Lake Smiles dental clinic for a cleaning and follow-up of a Periodontal process. I was able to make my appointment online without any problem, and I was also able to upload my information as a first-look patient right there. The receptionists were very cordial and attentive. The technician who took my x-rays made me feel at home, speaking to me in Spanish and she was very correct. I would like to highlight the attention of Dr. Leslie Smith and her assistant, very professional and with an excellent service attitude, in addition to providing me with very complete information. At all times I felt comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend the clinic.

I’m new to this dental office. Haven’t been in years and I have to say they are so courteous and friendly. They are very thorough in examining your test and providing a personal plan for work that needs to be done!Dr Smith and her staff rock!
