BILLING SCAM....the office staff/manager (Paulina) is incompetent.after completing your appointment the staff offers to schedule your next cleaning, which should be covered by insurance (2x/year). what the staff does NOT tell you, is they are actively scheduling you for a 3rd cleaning in a calendar year so that they can overbill you, as insurance won't cover.when you call the office to complain, the manager talks down to you and blame the customer for not confirming with insurance, yet it was the office staff who offered the appointment.DO NOT TRUST

Dr. Kim should be commended for her diligent work on getting my stubborn root out of my mouth. The tooth came out easy. The staff explained the time frame for eating soft foods and gargling, instead of letting me have to read the information. All in all, it was a wonderful experience with all involved. Then Dr. Kim called me a few hours later to see how I was doing. I just wish my stubborn root had come out easier, so Dr. Kim would not have had to work as hard as she did.

Back in 2022, I needed some dental work (a deep cleaning) that required several visits, and my children needed some attention as well. This resulted in several appointments over a few months, all of which I assumed were covered by my dental insurance.. I was not made aware there was a problem with my insurance, although the front desk associates did, until I had racked up a $2000.00 bill. I was told there was some sort of issue upon one of my first appointments so they resubmitted the claim, and this happened again and again - without my knowledge- until they discovered my insurance had accidentally been cancelled by my employer. I should have been made aware after there was an issue with the first claim so I could have investigated and decline future appointments if necessary. The bill was sent to collections after the dental office refused to work with me on a discount of some sort. I'm a single mother with limited resources. I understand the insurance being cancelled was not the fault of the office, but not making me aware there was an issue MONTHS prior is where they dropped the ball. They let me and my children continue to come in without my knowledge anything was amiss. Very disappointing.Today, 3/5/24, TWO YEARS LATER, I get a call saying even though I paid the amount submitted to the collection agency that THEY reported to them, I still owe $900. Extremely unprofessional.
