North Ave Braces

Took my son to get his braces today. Brooklyn, the ortho assistant, and Dr. Deol were amazing during the new application process. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain how my son should maintain his new braces. Melissa and Omise from the front office were also extremely professional and thorough in explaining what I can expect in terms of payments and future treatments. As a new patient the entire office is great with taking care of patients and the experience received.

The receptionist in the front are fantastic but the doctors are horrible and they are too much in patients business. I don’t like that they don’t give correct info. Oemis and Melissa are sweet hearts they do what it takes to accommodate the patients and go above and beyond for the patients I give the 5 stars in my book. Staphanie is the assistant in the back she is awesome very good at what she does. If anyone wants quality work please recommend her. I love north ave braces but they do need a little work on how the doctors treat they patients but the reception and the assistants are great.

Very friendly staff! I just have to write a review! Front desk; Oemis and Melissa were kind and helpful answering all my questions about my insurance.My son and daughter got their braces on the same day. Dr. Deol and Stephanie were very knowledgeable. They explained the process well to my kids and actually made it fun for them!I was very pleased with the experience . Thank you North Ave. braces!

They dentist office is absolutely my favorite! Dr. Deol is AMAZING, the sweetest & kindest doctor you will meet! She’s very informative and lets you know everything she’s doing. Not only is she great but her team is amazing as well. As soon as you walk in the front door, the team is very welcoming and the girls in the back are so helpful and gentle with my child. My son enjoys coming to get his braces adjusted!

Everyone was very nice and very helpful since I went in to my consultation until I actually decided to get my braces.. Oemis went thru my plans/options and helped me choose the right one and the one I felt most comfortable with, she was very patient and she also helped me book my appointment for my braces and trying to fit into my availability due to work.Laela was very nice and made sure I was comfortable during the process of getting my braces. Definitely recommend it.

Hands down my favorite dental office! I’ve been to multiple offices and North Ave Braces has won me over in multiple categories, they are within budget, accommodating and the staff is the by far the most friendliest I have ever encountered! Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in fixing or perfecting their smile! Celeste is amazing as well! She explained and walked me through every procedure being done

I had a dentist appointment with North Ave Braces and when I tell you they were on time and on point. I live the fact that The dentist Brenda as she put my braces on my teeth she walked me through every step of the way and she also made sure I was very comfortable I would recommend North Ave Braces to anyone in need of their teeth cleaned, braces, etc they were great as always very professional very attentive

The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have very good payment options that make it very convenient to get your teeth fixed. The Dentist explains to you in detail what needs to be done and is very patient. This is a very good office and I recommend this place. My 14 year old son is very pleased with his braces; he is on the path to straight teeth! Thank you North Ave Braces!!!

I came here to start treatment and from the moment I stepped in the door I was welcomed so warmly by the lovely receptionist and she answered every question I had with a smile. My consultation with Dr. Deol was so informative and when I came back for the braces to be put on the process was seamless. Lesley was the assistant and she was so nice and kept making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Dr. Deol explained everything very well and eased any worry I might have had. This place is really amazing and I’m very very very happy that I chose this office for treatment and I look forward to seeing the results at the end! Thank you guys so so much!

I was very skeptical about my 12yr old daughter getting braces, but after going and talking to the staff all my doubts disappeared. As soon as you walk in through the door you are greeted with so much kindness. They answer any question that you may have, (and I had a lot of them). I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing braces.
