Absolutely horrific experience.. Had braces put on .. Paid cash upfront.. Went for routine tightening.. Doc asks " How are you " , great .. " looking forward to getting these off ".. Implying yayy! One appointment closer to being brace free.. To which his reply is " We'll just take them off today ".. Abruptly and ROUGH and AGGRESSIVELY yanking the braces off.. Pulling my mouth polishing my teeth...I say nothing.. Intimidated thinking, maybe this guy is angry today or a bad experience with a women.. To be so , what seemed bothered.. Like he took it personal..I leave.. Unhappy With the results, but what do I know I'm not am orthodontist. Tells me " IF I GIVE YOU A RETAINER , ARE YOU GOING TO WEAR IT??! Like im a 5 yr old.. I'm thinking maybe if I wear the retainer long enough they will flatten out because at this point I have to front buck teeth.. Apprehensive about returning , because now I'm nervous.. I see another Ortho who tells me I'm absolutely right that they were taken off prematurely and I need more time. But why am I going to pay somebody else for someone else's mistake ? So I decided to return. Just left the office telling me that my teeth are just fine.. Mind you .. My dentist and another Ortho have confirmed it's a mistake.. they were to be on 9 months to a year.. He ripped them off in 4 months... He did suggest more dental work for more $$.. But that would not solve the problem..

I've had the best experience with Straighten Up Orthodontics. I appreciated that the initial consultation was free. Their X-ray systems are the best I've ever seen. In fact, I've never come across another dentist office that does that 3D model of your whole jaw and skull so they can flip it around and see every angle. I also really like the app they have and follow up messaging system.Dr. Layman is THE BEST!! Very kind and caring. I had an unusual situation with my teeth so have put off getting them fixed for over 25 years. But Dr. Layman worked with me to find a way so I won't have a gap for a long period of time after removing my baby teeth.After I got my...whatever they're called, the plastic things that go in place of braces...Dr. Layman personally called me to check up to make sure I was good.He has some great support staff too. Can't say enough about them; Mary and all the rest of the administrative staff. They helped me sort out some tricky scheduling between Dr. Layman and my oral surgeon. Really great team at Straighten Up Orthodontics!!!

I had Invisaligns/in-house trays through Straighten Up over the period of two plus years. Came to Straighten Up on recommendation from my dentist and was not disappointed. Dr. Bill is a consummate professional and his staff is nothing but the best. Telehealth visits for routine checks as an option was a very handy option to avoid having to drive to the office, but the team was always willing to do an in person check if I requested one.Tech in the office is also great - no molds for the teeth, which you don't think is a big deal until you don't have to be choked out just to get an impression done. Also, seeing a virtual representation of your mouths progression is reassuring to say the least!I'd recommend Dr. Bill and his staff to anyone needing orthodontic work done!

This Orthodontic team under the direction of Dr. Layman did a most thorough and remarkable remodeling of my teeth (76 y.o.)along with orthonathic surgery for malocclusion. Great results. Dr.Bill and the team did a phenomenal job perfecting my smile, even better than I had expected. From start to finish they kept me well informed of my treatment plans. Throughout my corrective jaw surgery the team coordinated perfectly with my surgeon and timed everything out greatly.I couldnt recommend this practice more, theyre simply the best!

Imagine going through life with crooked teeth, difficult flossing, tarter building in areas not easily accessible to a brush, and the embarrassing smile and the thought of wearing braces as an adult. Invisalign was the answer for me. Dr Layman listened to what I wanted and recommended the product. Few if any people even noticed I was wearing them. His staff and he monitored my progress along the way and at one point, he noticed something was not right and even though it did not bother me, he ordered new trays, at no cost to me, because he said if we are going to do this let’s do it right. I love a results oriented person. I highly recommend straighten Up Orthodontics.

Dr. Bill is an excellent orthodontist. He was recommended to me by a friend who used him for herself, her husband and five kids with nice results. Straighten Up Orthodontics offers many options, but I chose traditional braces because they are the least expensive with the most reliable and guaranteed outcome. I’m well into my treatment timeline and so far it’s coming along as expected. Great service and reasonably priced. After getting quotes from 3 different orthodontists in the local area, Straighten Up Orthodontics had the lowest and best rates with the shortest estimate to get the result I want. The entire office staff are friendly, service-oriented and most of all they are highly skilled. Office is well-equipped with high-tech digital X-ray equipment and is always clean and bright. It’s usually easy to get an appointment and get in and out quickly; they are considerate of your time. Even during COVID-19 business closures and restrictions they managed to keep me feeling cared for and monitor my progress through video chats. Highly recommend.

I was there for my one year followup. Due to COVID, the center was modified in a very thoughtful and assuring manner. And it was fascinating to hear how Dr. Bill and his team have been supplementing the practice with telemedicine during the past six months. Many things have changed since March but Dr. Bill and his team have remained first class!

The treatment is great. Good results in a short time. The team on front desk and the girls assisting the doctor are polite, calm and do a good job.However could be more soft/ gentil treating kids. Specially the doctor Bill, looks like he don’t like his job. Is like treating an prototype and not a kid mouth.My kid already claimed about it and it’s like we don’t care.
