The dental office recommended that I take out a care credit account to pay for the treatment of my daughter’s braces. After going back for regular treatments she had broken brackets and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and not use the card. They have several appointments each day so Mr Smith does not have the time to fully explain what’s going on He has to be rushing from one patient to the next. It’s only after I got in a confrontation with him I got a n email with pictures detailing the progress of the braces .My. daughter is a 13 year old who had braces placed on her teeth. I don’t think he is the right person for children maybe adults is his expertise

Dr. Smith really knows his stuff. He gets real technical and gives very thorough explanations that you can actually understand. We’ve gotten consults from others in the area but Dr. Shaun Smith is the best orthodontist in Coral Springs in my opinion. I’ve recommended a few people to him for braces, Invisalign, etc and we’ve heard only good feedback so far. Penny and staff are also great to work with.

SLS Orthodontics has the best staff. The office Manager Penny, Dr. Smith, and the assistants are beyond friendly and create such a warm environment. Dr. Smith truly has a passion for what he does. He really took his time when going over my treatment plan with me. I am proud to say both my husband and I are patients and we couldn’t be happier! If you are looking for an orthodontic practice with genuinely nice and caring staff look no further. You won’t regret coming here!
