The dental office recommended that I take out a care credit account to pay for the treatment of my daughter’s braces. After going back for regular treatments she had broken brackets and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and not use the card. They have several appointments each day so Mr Smith does not have the time to fully explain what’s going on He has to be rushing from one patient to the next. It’s only after I got in a confrontation with him I got a n email with pictures detailing the progress of the braces .My. daughter is a 13 year old who had braces placed on her teeth. I don’t think he is the right person for children maybe adults is his expertise

Dr. Smith really knows his stuff. He gets real technical and gives very thorough explanations that you can actually understand. We’ve gotten consults from others in the area but Dr. Shaun Smith is the best orthodontist in Coral Springs in my opinion. I’ve recommended a few people to him for braces, Invisalign, etc and we’ve heard only good feedback so far. Penny and staff are also great to work with.

SLS Orthodontics has the best staff. The office Manager Penny, Dr. Smith, and the assistants are beyond friendly and create such a warm environment. Dr. Smith truly has a passion for what he does. He really took his time when going over my treatment plan with me. I am proud to say both my husband and I are patients and we couldn’t be happier! I want to give a big shout-out to the amazing staff at SLS orthodontist. For my first consultation, I went in with the intent to get the clear Invisalign on. Needless to say, after my consultation with Dr. Smith, I left the office that same day with my clear ceramic braces on. This is because he took the time to thoroughly go through the pros and cons of each treatment plan and what each outcome would look like. In addition to their great customer service and orthodontic expertise, the staff at SLS are extremely friendly and accommodating. Whether it's popping up to get wires clipped or changing the rubbers on my braces because I ate curry and stained them, they always do their best to get me in and out with such ease. Fun fact, after I got my braces from SLS, my wife has become a patient as well. If you're looking for a great orthodontist, congratulations, you've found one, it's SLS orthodontist.

The staff is friendly the doctor is thorough and efficient. I found their post on Instagram and took a chance and I'm so glad I did. At first I was going to go with one of those online Invisalign services however here you get customized treatment plan, they care about your progress and make you feel like family. That's not something that you can give virtually no matter what service you go with. This is the way to go!

Found this place online and needed to repair a fixed retainer that cracked suddenly. Such a hospitable team! When I first arrived for my free consultation, I was given a tour of the office and introduced to the staff and everyone was friendly and easy going. They listened to my concerns and offered a solution at a VERY affordable price considering I do not have insurance. The team went above and beyond to schedule me ASAP and assist me in achieving my complete smile again!Shout out to Lauren for all your help and for being so polite and patient every step of the way!

Doctor Shaun is a good doctor very nice. But the staff is not helpful at all. Please be aware they can scan you. Make sure you document every treatment cause if you don’t at the end it will be a huge problem. When I went for a consultation they told me at the end of the treatment i have an option to whitening my teeth so after my treatment was done I ask to whitening my teeth one of the lady at the front desk was being so rude to me. Talking about we don’t do in house treatment it will cause me $600 but they had told me at the end I can do it. Be very careful. she was extremely rude mind you that’s what they told me the first time I went there. Good luck.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing.I always heard rumors about the procedure of first getting braces but I have to say, the procedure here wasn’t bad at all. I was giving ways to cope with the uncomfort that I will feel days after getting my braces applied and ever since then my braces has never been a problem for me. Lauren always does a great job welcoming me in whenever she’s here. So if your looking for a orthodontist where you will feel welcomed and loved, I would say this is the best spot.
